Now, is there anything else on your mind, or shall we begin planning for our shopping trip?” By far, the biggest thing the gambler was looking forward to was having another person to revel in the atmosphere that was the lolita fashion culture. Admittedly she didn’t know how well it could turn out, but was sure there would be a style fitting enough for the nurse. Clothing could also make for a good confidence booster, so there was a bonus to this.

She had never attempted something like this, and was all too eager in seeing how it would shape up.

“I-if I got my hair cut short, they’d probably switch from cutting out chunks to using a razor... M-maybe straightening it...?” Even though it was straight when they started... She pretty much gave up on fully straightening her hair again, since no matter what she did, she couldn’t fix the damage.

“I see… so some of that happens to do with your appearance then? That should be a simpler thing to change as opposed to your nervous tendencies. Your hair appears to go in a manner of all sorts of directions. Perhaps we could straighten it, or attempt a new style? Cutting it shorter would defeat the purpose of others wanting to cut chunks of it out, so that may also work to a degree. Do you have a specific preference, my dear? We could make a trip to the hairdresser together, if need be.”
