Do I have to be 18 years or older to participate in this zine?
Nope! This zine is roughly rated PG-13, so that is all you need to keep in mind while applying. We welcome artists of all ages!

If accepted, will the artists still have rights to their art?
Absolutely! Any art you create for this zine is 100% your own. We will not claim your art or bend your rights to it. You are free to do as you wish with your piece outside of the zine after its official release! (Such as making and selling prints.)

Will the zine be for purchase in a physical form?
We can’t promise that the zine will be available in physical form, but we are definitely looking at our options and will most likely go through a 3rd party for printing. The digital form of the zine will be free, and if any future physical form of it is to be purchased, the funds will most definitely go towards a (pending) charity.

Meme Girls: CO’19 is a digital, non-profit zine based around female characters whose designs or aesthetics are based on 2019’s most memorable and enjoyable memes. It will be a fun collaborative project to end the year with!
