Do yourself a favor....this is so good!
Onion Roasted Chicken
Makes 8 servings
1 protein
3 condiments
1 fat
Ingredients:
8 pieces of large bone-in chicken breasts - (should 6 oz meat without bone each after cooking)
1 1/2 packets French Onion Soup Mix
4 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients and mix until all the seasonings are coating the chicken.
Pour into a 9x13 pan in an even layer.
Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear. I like to baste the chicken a couple of times while it's baking. Enjoy!

My Big Greek Turkey Burger
Per serving:
1 Lean
3/4 of 1 Green
3 Condiments
Ingredients:
7 oz raw, ground turkey, 85%-94% lean (should yield 3.75 oz cooked serving
1 oz reduced fat feta cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Baby spinach leaves, chopped
Directions:
Place turkey, feta, red pepper, spinach and seasonings into a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
Form patties and cook however you like to cook burgers. Grill (indoor or out), cook in hot skillet, or broil under broiler. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer has reached 165 degrees.

Crockpot Creamy Tomato Soup

Makes 8 servings⠀
Per serving:⠀
2 ½ Green⠀
3 Condiments⠀
¾ Fat⠀
⠀
Ingredients:⠀
2 Tbsp olive oil⠀
5 cloves garlic, minced⠀
3 (28 oz) cans whole Roma Tomatoes⠀
1 (32 oz) carton vegetable broth⠀
1/3 cup chopped basil⠀
2 bay leaves⠀
¼ tsp salt⠀
½ tsp pepper⠀
½ cup heavy cream (I would use fat-free)⠀
¼ cup Parmesan, shredded, for serving⠀
⠀
Directions:⠀
In a skillet over medium-high add olive oil and garlic, sauté until browned. Pour mixture into a crockpot along w/tomatoes, vegetable broth, basil, bay leaves. Stir, season w/salt and pepper. Cover crockpot and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-3 ½ hours.⠀
Remove bay leaves, in blender puree mixture from the crockpot. If too thick add ½ cup water or so. Stir in heavy cream, top w/parmesan, and basil.
