In Chapter 8 of Witchling, Feyd sneaks Paul out of the keep.
(BTW, the perspective of the two sections in this chapter will switch POV from Feyd to Paul... This chapter was long, so I split the content up into two parts. Will post the other half as the next chapter as soon as I finish proofreading it!)

~Chapter Excerpt~
Noticing that Paul had fallen behind, Feyd-Rautha turned and approached him, leaning in with a teasing smirk. “Too much for you, Atreides? Don’t tell me it’s more than you can handle.”
“I'm fine,” Paul bit out, annoyance lacing his words.
But in reality, he was far from fine, and the Harkonnen had taken notice of the way he was clearly stuck, standing still as if the club’s overwhelming atmosphere had short-circuited something within his mind.
“One night of freedom,” was what he told Paul, fearlessly meeting his wavering, scrutinizing gaze. Feyd-Rautha extended his wounded hand—the one Paul knew was still tender, the concealed flesh beneath the bandage aching—and smoothly grasped Paul’s wrist. “Just don’t drift too far off.”
So when Feyd-Rautha pulled, Paul gave in. He could do nothing else but follow.

Here's the 7th chapter to my slow burn FeydPaul fic... To those that are following this story, sorry that this update took so long! I have been writing the entire time, but kept writing stuff for later chapters instead of this one... but I got it done! Please read tags + chapter trigger warnings before diving in :)
~Chapter Excerpt~
“Do you plan on just keeping me locked in this room?” Paul asked, his tone hostile. “Like a doll waiting for you to come back and play with it again?”
Feyd-Rautha chuckled at that, clearly amused by the analogy. “Hmm… an interesting perception, but yes, I suppose so.” He smiled. “And… I like that.”
Paul squinted. “Dare I ask what?”
“‘Doll,’” Feyd-Rautha said with a sly grin. “A more fitting pet name, don’t you think?”

Two souls meeting in the desert by kappamairi 🌙
Paul reels from it, his body moving faster as his breathing decreases in his body, his limbs light like an animal caught between the claws of a predator.
The boy doesn’t let him, forcing them to sink into the sand as Paul feels the sharp of a blade at his throat, glinting with hunger as the fingers at his nape doesn’t relent, doesn’t release him, as if an anchor to the reality, the ghost of affection lingering; tasting the scorching sun of a memory that lingers.
His own knife edges against its twin’s neck, both kneeling atop a spire, the altar of their fate written in the sand.
The boy’s gaze softens around a malicious smirk, for Paul’s own crazed eyes open wide with adrenaline.
“Found you, Atreides.”

This is the FeydPaul dynamic I'm here for. If they're not committing war crimes together then is it even love?

Even though they only meet at the end of the film it's so amazing how through the storytelling we see how well Paul and Feyd-Rautha compliment each other's characters. If Paul had been born a girl, as he was supposed to, he'd have been Feyd-Rautha wife and created the Kwisatz Haderach.
But the film shows how even though Jessica changed the plan, maybe there would always be something connecting them together to create something wonderful or terrible

One of my fave guilt pleasures when writing Feydpaul is having Feyd incresingly using the sillier pet names possible, just because I can get away with it.
There is a lot of joy in calling the dictator-messiah your baby girl
