I don't expect anybody to see this little textwall, but I'm leaving these thoughts more for myself than anybody else, anyways.

So, why have I logged in again after years of absence?
Well, with all that Twitter-drama going on, people are leaving the platform like headless chicken. You must be deft or rather incapable of reading to not notice the word "Tumblr" being thrown around.
》 I myself have decided to stay on Twitter until Elon expects all users to pay a monthly/yearly sub, yet there is no fault in giving this old website again a TINY chance after reading this article (plus their announcement to make sure it's all correct):
However, I still have that mindset of strong disdain for the limitation of artists, just you know it. Once I hear about the smallest ban-hammer labeled as "no female nipples allowed" again, I jump ship once more.

Thanks to Apple, Tumblr is going to drive many of us away due to an adult-content-ban starting with 17th December 2018. I may not be one of the people who create such 18+ artworks/photos/movies, but as somebody who values art in general a lot, I must say I am absolutely crestfallen about Tumblr's weak backbone. ( Who cares if Apple kicks you out of their app-store, you damned fools?! We all got regular browsers, gosh dang it! ) And yes, I chose an Elin for a good reason as a model for expressing my anger. ( I do not play Tera as a lion-Elin, but believe me, that my personality wouldn't allow another choice for this picture. ) Players with Elin-characters get often pushed into the same corner as criminal pedos go, which is unacceptable as we speak here about some PIXELS with the high of teens! ( Honestly, they are not as tiny as their physique suggests. ) If somebody decides to play as an Elin, why exactly do some players find that horrible? I am a woman and see no problem in a guy wishing to rather have a cutie for his avatar instead of an ugly cupboard. But back to the Tumblr-problem: Seriously, I get sick by this American tick to make everything clean and sterile --- sexual topics as well as youngsters with short clothing do NOT automatically involve violence and crime when they are depicted in content, you daft &$%"#, since fashion, fun and romance do normally play a part there. Plus, drawn stuff is FANTASY, which usually does not harm others. ( US-people have a huge violence-problem while their TV-shows / cinemas glorify weapons plus war --- do you see, what I want to imply here? They rather shoot a breast before caressing it, so to speak. ) Instead of doing a good job in programming their 18+ filters, Tumblr's team rather decided to make things simple for themselves... And to be clear here, I do not believe their fairytale of real people checking the uploaded content. Not even YouTube has proven to be that accurate. ( Anybody remembers the "New Lunar"-ban-occurrence? Oh, I do. Was 'wonderful' to be automatically terminated two times for just having these words tagged in my videos. Ruins my joy of being a MlP-FiM-fan. ) I tell you, this content-ban is something that really makes me angry... Probably because I am NO Apple-fan, that's for sure, but also because I can't believe how stupid Tumblr's heads are. I really pray many people will leave that community - I for one may post this drawing here over there and in best case never ever touch my account again. Well, if chances are you're in a depressed mood like me, let's all throw our ears a little bit into some Gangster’s Paradise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcsvE1zv1ek P.S. Speedpaint of 2,5 hours; a ka unusual for me.

With the community-hype being now gone, I feel more comfortable with also doing some fanart for this not-really-just-a-meme – and since I never got a good opportunity to remix some Bowser-music I always wanted to try, this chance here was more than optimal to combine both wishes. (Although the medley was done first, since I had these three midis which I love a lot laying around for ages, my Bowsette-picture doesn't fit the music that much, but... Well, I can't draw her in another style; I'm clearly a fan of “kawaii Koopa-hime”. x3 )
Also, this fan-work here can be considered as an early Christmas-gift for ayyk92 ( https://www.deviantart.com/ayyk92/gallery/ ), who is Bowsette's owner since his comic started the whole trend ( https://www.deviantart.com/ayyk92/art/Super-Crown-764645204 ).
So, in other words: Thank you very much for coming up with this lovely idea / character. :3

I know Chikai is strictly speaking a love-song, but it's still fitting for the message I want to express with this piece of art / music, so deal with me using it 'wrongly' for a dear friend whom I'm missing a lot. (Also, my husband was promising our FC-brother to wait for him, too, so I dare to speak in plural considering the video's dedication-text.)
Normally, doing such sentimental stuff is not a strength of mine – the two medleys for my perished grandparents were clearly an exception – yet since the September-day my friend had to leave his home for a dangerous job I felt the need of somehow expressing the sorrow for him / his family plus the wish to 'see' each other again. Now it's 'just' November, but still the sentiment is the same as before. So, yeah... I couldn't help anymore.
As for the lyrics: Not sure if they are correctly put into the tunes; I'm not capable of Japanese, after all. That's why I'm not giving you my .vsqx-file – I wouldn't feel good to affect the quality of your lyrics for this specific song. If you really need the words sung by a voicebank, grab the .mid I mentioned in the Detail-section and insert in the Romaji-text (in best case with someone who speaks the language).
And yepp, I drew Miku willingly in a style that clearly points at Kairi. Wasn't intentional when I started the sketch, but once I noticed that, I thought why not; it matches the theme.

For Harvest Lunatone's ( www.deviantart.com/harvest-lunatone ) Work-section because it took me ages to complete that 100% selfmade thing, thus I think Adelina here deserves to handle the remix as 'exhibit' for her shop's internet-blog. Also, I got my second HL-OC for helping with the backing-vocals, which marks the first time I actually draw her for something else than her application.
Aaanyways, as I can be quite a fangirl in aspect of character-development, you see how much inspired I was when KayVeeDee ( www.deviantart.com/kayveedee ) and Birdmir ( www.deviantart.com/birdmir ) FINALLY made their characters Ezel and Lucky a couple again. I simply needed to draw the fishy and little bug. :still waits for wedding:
->Even before joining Harvest Lunatone, I had been interested into this some-kind-of-reversed-Little-Mermaid-story. That might be the reason, why I got sentimental enough to tinker a Midi of the most fitting song (in my opinion) for this occasion; despite knowing my 'skills' are pretty awful. Rather based on Ashley Tisdale's version than the movie-song, I'm a little bit upset with being unable to create any proper arrangements like other remixers do, but at least all motivation and heart went into every tune plus pixel.
If you haven't stumbled before over Ezel and Lucky, I recommend checking out their owners' galleries. o/

First things first: Midi made by this amateur here – since no sheet or .mid-file was available on my Google-searches – so no complaints about unstable quality, please.
Secondly: Lazy cover-picture because I wanted to use four of my old 1.0-screenshots as background-material --- due to the current ingame-event “The Rising”, which celebrates the fifth anniversary of “A Realm Reborn”, I'm in a quite nostalgic mood. After all, we battle this year in an extra instance that mirrors the city-state Ul'dah before Dalamud came down. Meaning: We are allowed to fight IN the city against huge beasts with massive Health and Strength.
About the remix... “Whisper Of The Land” is probably my favorite peaceful song of the 'antique' soundtrack; at least it's the first one coming to my mind when I think of the “Before Meteor” album. So, I really wanted to work with its tunes as long as the opportunity is so perfect. Admittedly, I had also toyed around with the idea of remixing Gridania's main-theme or the Black Shroud's battle-/tranquility-music, but with NONE of them being present around the internet, I decided to tinker myself the track I love at the most.
(Have you heard of the “Field Track Piano Sheet Book”? I would love to have these pages, but for such an old book, this nitpicker here refuses to pay so much money.)
Anyways, for those who are not familiar with the Miqo'te featured in the screenshots: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGhDcDr7Z5c
She means more than an ordinary Twink / Reroll / Alternate to me (and my husband), so once that Pagos-nonsense is more or less done (at the moment, my Doom Rabbit has LV 33 / 35), I am going to pay again more attention to poor Noire here.
Of course it's not the same sentiment like the times of 1.0 gave, but walking around with this kitty feels in the end more right than traveling with any other optional character. Also, it's pleasant how much she looks like an NPC – no sarcasm intended. As 1.x didn't allow many absurd character-creation-things, the playable characters weren't flashy, whereby they simply matched their environment. Noire – having obtained only three slight edits when we discovered her on Aether's Balmung – is because of that oddly 'simple' compared to other player-figures these days. Something I find quite rustic and charming about her. (Personally, I call her 'my little street-cat'.)

Yeah, I couldn't resist to join a second RP-Group on Deviantart. But since PMDStarfall isn't as strict as Harvest Lunatone in terms of submitting something, I can simply come and go as I please, hence this made the group ultimately too hard to resist for me. =U.U=
Also, 'sorry' that the first thing I upload after being accepted is – just as I had asked for – a remix-file, MonsterMonsoon. x'3 Hope you don't mind this 13:18 minutes long thing; I promise I won't throw only music at the group. But my nerves were tickled, so I needed to let the inspiration flow. =^_^=”
Back to the medley itself... The music tells in some way the story of my two characters here. Starting from the point when Madlaine loses her way in a Mystery Dungeon right before she comes close to the Town of Lakeside. Funfact: When she stumbles over Serenus, maybe PMD's Ninetale's theme would have been a better choice for my Vulpix-sourpuss, but I found the soothing/encouraging tune of that other track much more fitting. After all, he gives her unknowingly lots of courage and determination despite his unfriendliness, which is in the end the reason why she suggested to form a team together.

When I accidentally stumbled over the character Noin while reading the Wikia-article about cryst-fairies (I'm a huge fan of Anne), I became curious what her battle-theme might be. And this video here ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JgECnzZzjfY ) surprised me a lot when I realized the fight jumps right into the second half of “Horizon-Devouring Serpent” (by some also translated as “Serpent Eating the Ground”).
Well, fan-girl that I am, I was once more hyped by the song and definitely wanted to remix it this time – it's ages ago that I played Bravely Default, after all. However, I got quite mad to realize that STILL nobody who had remixed the song was generous enough to share the .mid-file and / or sheet with the rest of the world.
Only AtomicMelodies ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2K1U4RxBHrw ) had done so – and believe me, that the discovery of the file-format made me not less crestfallen. I have never heard of .ftm before – and even though the program FamiTracker allows some kind of export, the .nsf-file is still nothing my programs could work with.
Of course there's a converter for this case. The quality didn't suffer at all, so I thought starting from here, it would be easy to create a remix with my new Midi. … Pffft, how naive I was. Surely every 'layer' has clean tunes, BUT they are not arranged like one would do so for each single instrument. Practically, the instruments per layer were mixed. AND these fast peep-peep-peep sounds which are necessary for a good quality of a FamiTracker-song do not match AT ALL for a proper virtual instrument. Cleaning that consumed lots of time. x.x”
Uff, I really am sorry I failed to get all tunes properly out of the indirect mess. I'm simply an amateur who wished to provide at least a minimum base for others – since I do not intend to be one of these idiots who don't share. If anybody has some love left for the instruments including the drums, I would really appreciate any improvements.
Aaanyways, I must say I love Noin's design. Her twin-sister Ain is also cute, but evil fairies are sadly more to my liking. x3 Especially, since Noin beats even Anne when it comes to the big-boss-outift – dang, I never expected a purple outfit with yellow accents to be so beautiful.
For my drawing, I went with the position of the official artwork for Noin's 'good' days, since that one appeals more to me than her boss-picture. Hope you guys like the result, because for an odd reason my fingers suffered a lot under this digital thingie. ._.”
( And do not dare to ask why I didn't draw Ouroboros. x< )

This month, Harvest Lunatone's ( http://harvest-lunatone.deviantart.com/ ) Library Prompt makes us create an anthem for the home of our characters – the Raccolto island-chain – and the challenge is set so that we should fill 2–3 minutes with our song.
Well, I won't call myself all too ambitious for my entry, since the melody I used here originates from an old game I was playing a lot as a child... But how could I resist these tunes I loved to sing with random gibberish, since “Departure” already sounds like a song meant to perform with chants? (Seriously, walking into Crystal Chronicle's first dungeon always made me sing/hum to the melody. A few other dungeons did so, too.)
Don't be too harsh on Adelina's singing, by the way. Her voicebank – Aoki Lapis – is Japanese, after all.
If anybody has a matching melody that he/she created themselves, feel free to use my lyrics. (This little German amateur here would also not mind if you corrected my grammar-mistakes. x3 )
Lyrics:
Rising from the deep blue sea
Stretching for the sky
That's my home, hold dearly
Treasure of my eye
Never have I so adored
The beauty of nature
My heart is captured
Never can forsake it
Oh, Raccolto
How I love you
How I enjoy all the time
That I am allowed to spend here
In this blissful paradise
In this paradise
Forests full of lush green
Hills all filled with flowers
Animals I can see
Rejoice every hour
I am here
Every day
Meet new friends and 'mons
Can't deny all the fun
That these islands grant me with
Sometimes
I wonder
Why I was so blessed
With all this beauty here
That the Goddess gave to me
Framed by waves of brightest blue
Caressed by the sea-breeze
Drawn with colorful hue
A landscape so true
Every flower, every tree
Even every small bee
Kissed by generosity
Of the Goddess, purely
Oh, Raccolto
How I praise you
How I never will deny
That I will belong forever
To this blissful paradise
To this paradise

Since my child is now and then allowed to watch Disney Channel, it's pretty self-evident to stumble sooner or later over a TV-show called “Miraculous”.
The story is a little bit frustrating for me in two aspects...
A) There's no logic in hiding such superhero-identity from the whole world, when so many disadvantages come along with the secret, dear protagonist. Inform your parents and / or best friend about it and you won't have lots of trouble when nobody knows where you are.
B) It's understandable that the 'magic' prevents both heroes from recognizing each others identities, but don't they find it pretty odd in their civilian life how that specific boy / girl always vanishes / reappears on the scene in a similar manner like oneself?
But apart from my critique, it's a cute series that has above all a good voice-actors in our German version. (Believe me: This is nothing we can simply expect.) With that, I got curious and read a few articles in a Wikia – resulting in the discovery of that original concept for the show.
If you haven't seen that video fan-named “Ladybug PV”, then I recommend watching it. Although it contains a different male protagonist with another personality than the final exemplar, the short animation is quite interesting plus even features villains who appeared in the TV-show.
And yepp, the song they used in mentioned private video was way too catchy for me as if I could get it out of my head, otherwise. My remix is surely bad due to starting on Zero without a sheet or .mid-file – and Vocaloid-voicebanks can't sing the lyrics properly – but still I'm glad to have tried this challenge. Not to forget, that I had lots of fun drawing Miku in the PV-version of the costume.

♪DeviantArt-file-name♪: Harvest Lunatone - Cheri Sprout Cup Event 2018
This is my entry for Harvest Lunatone's Cheri Cup Event – letting Adelina participate in the Sprout Cup Section with a rented Ponyta.
When the race was announced, I had instantly the idea in mind to combine my drawing with a remix, but since 2 weeks aren't much time for me (not using the PC nonstop, after all), I focused at first on the picture. You can say I drew it from Monday A to Monday B – giving me 5 days left for creating the music.
I know it doesn't look perfect, but admittedly this silly one here rarely draws stuff in this style – I'm even slower than usual, which is quite bad; PLUS I'm horrible with the shadows. x') But it's 2 years ago, that I drew for the last time like this, so it felt like a must-have to try for the RP-group. (Funfact... That picture before was also for a contest: https://melodycrystel.deviantart.com/art/Zelda-Twilight-Princess-Fan-Art-Contest-Midna-594003383 )
And yes, a Rune Factory remix for the event. Although Harvest Moon has in general nice Event-pieces which I could use, arranging one of them wouldn't have the right feeling when it comes to a land-mount-race. So let's all be happy that RF as a spin-off delivers many amazing tracks which extent the remixing-possibilities for the HM-part of the group.
(Before anybody sulks: YEPP, I plan to remix also Pokémon-related stuff for HL in the future. Including Mystery Dungeon tracks. But this year, I clearly have a weakness for RF music, so let me use that inspiration as long as it lasts. Additionally... Thanks to a Vocaloid-album, I want to create something classical which involves a specific Maria. U.U )
Ah, one last thing... Because I fear the .swf-version on DeviantArt swallows a bit too much the colors with all these error-pixels, I have put my drawing as a .png into the sketch-folder of my DA-account: https://melodycrystel.deviantart.com/art/HL-Sprout-Cup-Event-2018-747364176

This remix/arrangement/whatever here wasn't planned. But after stumbling randomly over SquishChicken's Midi-file, I couldn't resist to use it for a small piece of music. Plus, the last time I made some RF-music, mentioned track didn't focus solely on a game due to being a wedding -arrangement with stuff from Harvest Moon as well --- and other pure RF-remixes feel like ages ago.
Hm, before anybody at DeviantArt might complain: Rune Factory as a spin-off belongs still to Harvest Moon – so if I decide to make remixes of that kind for the group “Harvest Lunatone”, it wouldn't be more odd than creating for example a Pokémon-Mystery-Dungeon-remix. Also, once I had gotten the idea of remixing the Trampoli-theme into my head, it was already set in stone to use Adelina's piano-setting(s) plus the Vocaloid-voicebank I had picked for her.
The HL-story for this remix, however, is quite simple: A customer comes into my OC's store; looking for a branded piano. He heard that instruments made by Morris are very appealing – and since he's looking for one which sounds good while accompanying vocalists/songsters, the client asks Adelina if she could demonstrate the exhibit-piano plus singing a few tunes. Of course the Ducklett-Gijinka does him the favor and plays this little song here.

With a few older games being slightly price-reduced on the PSN, I couldn't help but buying my good old “A Wonderful Life” – though it's not the original version, but the Special Edition. (Not that I would mind – I adore Lumina and always wanted my character to marry her. That feature is even worth the annoying fertilizerXgrass-problem they added for the PS2-version of the game.)
:coughcough: Anyways, I was really not able to resist remixing the title-screen's theme. Catchy songs find easily a place in my ears... But hey, more content for the RP-group on Deviantart I had joined ( https://harvest-lunatone.deviantart.com/ ), right?
Speaking of HL: My character Adelina handles this piece of music here as part of her work. With her store being still little, she tries to get some attention via uploading songs to the homepage of the main-company. (“Adams, Cooper & Morris” allows its branches to promote themselves, by the way. Also, her father is happy when he's able to listen to some of her stuff.) These tracks contain either real instruments she's able to play OR virtual ones she picked with a program one of her sister-branches has created.
And yes, the voice in the very last part of the remix is supposed to be Adelina. Choosing Aoki Lapis might be a bit boring, but that Vocaloid-voicebank is one of my favorites – plus, I had fallen in love with it on the day I had recognized 'her' similarity to Lulu Yurigasaki from “Yuri Kuma Arashi”. (Of course, the pitch is slightly deeper than the software's standard-setting.)

It's been a while since my last Zelda-remix, but I would still rather call it pure coincidence that this thingy here happened. You know, I had been ripping a few midis from my old GameBoy Advance games – and while doing so, I realized that Minish Cap hadn't ever seen the ripping-software before. Hence I fixed that. But...
Well, I can tell you: I was quite disappointed to figure out, that Sappy can't work with the game. Like... not at all. After using Google for a while, other people seemed to have the same problem, although a few were sure the game had once been accepted by that ripping-program.
Stubborn as I am, I didn't want to accept this. That's why I brushed the dust off from my other option – gba2midi – and checked if that software with its awful design could do anything with the game.
As you hear, I was successful. If you're interested, I uploaded the ripped midis to DeviantArt, so people can use them without having to track down every single file from the game themselves. But be warned: These midis are odd. Instruments are wrong; their set speed is troublesome for at least MAGIX Music Maker, so you'll have to use in worst case a Midi-Editor for getting it right. Also, for the Temple here, the drums weren't set for the whole song, although we know from playing Minish Cap, that this should be the case. (In other words, happy editing for anybody who plans to work with these midis.)
Speaking about 'happy'... My Music Maker crashed once amongst the saving-process, so my first file of the remix here got corrupted. Even worse: I lost every edit I had back then done so far due to not exporting the midi. x') Luckily, my memorization for music isn't as bad as for other things, which is why I nevertheless restarted plus completed this tiny project.
Not much to say about the cover-picture, though. I made the lines on real paper due to lacking time – I am still working on my entry for FFXIV's Drawing Contest (Ranged DD Outfit) – and colored the thing very quickly. Link is rather based on the style from the Four Swords Manga, while Ezlo / Ezelo matches of course the one of the Minish Cap Manga.

This is what happens when a fan of a fanmade game tries to tinker a battle-theme for one of the Legendaries without having proper music-knowledge – so in other words, please do not behead me. x'D
But seriously, I wonder why both Arceus and Giratina have no own song in Insurgence. (Plus, it's odd that the “Legendary Theme” doesn't play in all fights involving these creatures, but is audible while the influenced Damien challenges the player.)
So, I took some time – much more than I actually had planned :sigh: – and let Arceus' official timpani/drums make contact with Insurgence' title-screen-music as well as the mentioned Legendary-theme. If anybody wants to have a Midi for the arrangement's base, there's a link in the end of the comment.
Before people want to kill me for drawing Primal Arceus 'wrong': The game's sprites aren't really helpful for matching the Sugimori-style – and I am not fond of a chubby horse-god. Since Giratina doesn't give at all in both Original and fanmade Primal-form a matching base for the chubby-lord-idea, there's no reason to let Arceus bounce around like a ball.
By the way, I'm glad that MandJTv plays/played this fanmade game, because who knows if I would have otherwise noticed Insurgence. (Sheesh, I would be missing a nice soundtrack.) I'm randomly waltzing around on YouTube while I draw stuff with Sai/Gimp, so the chances aren't that high to end up on channels that I haven't visited so far.

Just once more:
Please do not behead me for using your drawing of Beryllium and Winslow, Kay! x')
A surprise is no surprise when I tell you straightforward what I have in mind – and I wanted to get this done before the deadline for the collab would have arrived.
(Plus... I needed this 'cheating' to save time, as I'm far too slow for handling both projects – the wedding and HL's Spring Fashion Contest – in the same two weeks...)
At last, I really am serious – this thing here goes only into the group if I have your permission.
.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
Uhm, back to topic... Who could have imagined, that the first marriage I would watch after joining the RP-group https://harvest-lunatone.deviantart.com/ should be the one of two favorite characters? Not to forget, that their owners are artists who I admire a lot. Sheesh, I'm just as lucky as Winslow and Beryllium. :3 (Well, maybe not completely the same way, but it's obvious what I mean.)
Aaanyways, as TamarinFrog and KayVeeDee decided to let us other members join a collab for the wedding, I thought I could do a little bit more than just drawing my character for joining the party. And what would be better than offering some music, in remixed form? In other words, THE marriage-song from my favorite Harvest Moon title – as well as other beloved tracks which work absolutely for the purpose. U.U
Before anybody complains about the tracks in my arrangement: Rune Factory IS part of the HM-series as it's a spin-off, so thematically I am allowed to remix stuff for Harvest Lunatone which comes from these games. :<
(Also, as soon as I should have unlocked all Hiking Trails for both islands in thew future, I will need LOTS of motivation for continuing these things. A Mermaid Orb is the goal, so every option to keep the hiking-fun high is welcome.)

The midi for this remix is self-made by the amateur I am, so keeping the guillotines, swords and lances away would really make me happy. x')
I had some help, though. On YouTube, the user kmahna has uploaded a video for his piano-sheet alias pdf.-file, thus going totally by ear wasn't necessary. (I wish there would have been some help for Primogenitor. ._.” Ultima didn't eat even half of the creation-time.)
But sheesh, I am bad with finding tunes for drums. For that part, my hearing is at least 50% too weak – probably even 80%, which has nothing to do with my occasional tinnitus. It's rather, that focusing on unremarkable 'noises' is a general weakness of mine. Give me strong drumbeats and I can follow them; gentle tunes on the opposite may slip through.
Uhm, lazy cover is lazy: Just some screenshot-action, albeit not pictures that feature the machine itself. Since I haven't officially introduced my changed main-character to the internet, it appeared to be a good possibility for doing so. I also edited the name (Cecilia Shirone is now solely an OC of mine) – and I plan to keep that new appellation. Also, as long as Square Enix doesn't give us players a Viera-like species (I suppose the only bunnies I like), my little Doom Rabbit here will be a Lalafell for the rest of her existence. =U.U=
