My friend wrote a review that truly captures my feelings on the game, and I want to share it here:

"1000xRESIST is a game about why your mother is Like That, about leaving home and never being able to go back, about the us that unravels and the you that remains, and why it's important to struggle even when it's futile. It's a game about experiencing the same thing over and over again through different eyes. These themes echo on each other and overlap so much that it drives me crazy.

I think 1000xRESIST is a really really good game - it creates a shockingly unique and memorable world, and it's the most compelling and emotional game I've played since Before Your Eyes. If you, like me, are a big fan of emotional, narrative games, I think you'll love this game and want to replay it before you're finished.

This game was very obviously created by a team of individuals that shared a really precise vision of the story they wanted to tell about their real life experience, and they tell that story perfectly.

It's honestly criminal this game has only sold 25k copies, it deserves way more than that. It's massively impressive for a debut game.
