Okay, here goes MY personal perception of why I think Sammy has narcissistic personality disorder. But first a little context on the topic to better understand;

There are different types of personalities that are divided into three categories (A, B and C) and we all have characteristics of the different types. When a person already has many characteristics of a single type and too marked is when it is considered a personality disorder. The Narcissist is in group B.

In narcissistic disorder you find symptoms such as;

Treating relationships as if they were instruments to achieve an end; And with what is known about her relationship with Jack, it is not hard to see that this is how she sees the whole thing.

Grandiose sense of self-importance; expects to be recognized as a superior person without justification.

Lack of empathy, trouble understanding needs and feelings: With how several people have said she treats people like workers or how she addresses her problems with Jack, it is evident that she does not have much empathy.

Has exaggerated expectations or deserving of privilege in the treatment of other people: I think it needs no explanation lol We all know she thinks she is superior to everyone.

Belief of envy from others: I think neither them nor her friends (who we know are here) realize that we don't like her because of her shitty attitudes and always say we are envious of her.

Fantasy with unlimited success: I think it's evident from the fact that she first went for Luke and other players that she was all about status, something that with Jack it was more than obvious she would get.

Those are the ones I've been able to discern in Sammy, there are more, but the ones she complies with are more than half. So yes, her profile is pretty much that of a person with Narcissism.
