It’s still so horribly humid. I’m busting for it to cool down. It feels like it’s been sticky, hot and humid for 6+ months now. Seriously over it and considering a move to the arctic circle.

I’ve started studying again after a few months break. A medication I’m on seems to have cleared my brain fog massively - and the first thing I wanted to do, on realising this, was study. Medicine is wild, man.

I would once again, like to spend more of my time reading, writing and studying than being on my phone. The good news is my sleep pattern is improving.
