on the topic of c.ai it's kinda insane how normalized x reader & x oc spaces have become to bots... n i do think it's bc so many ppl who got into x reader, at least after 2020-2021 there came this wave of them, n none of them actually respect creative works or writing (evident w how much discourse & hateful posts towards writers/tropes ppl dislike suddenly popping up in x reader tags), ppl found x reader r self indulgent n started treating it in selfish manner

there is no less care w how generative ai unlawfully and unethically uses writing it shouldn't b allowed to. same as ai art is unethical. no different AT ALL. bc these c.ai "bots" they make/use r same, selfish self indulgence. who gaf abt all the creatives getting screwed over by those ai's? I get to chat w my fav!!!

so much so, u can now find "fics" that are literally js "writer" (it's not writing and ur not a writer) copy n pasting their ai generated chats w a bot/writing something based off their ai generated chats w a bot n posting it on platforms like ao3/posting it as their "fic"... hey guess what. that's no different than making a "fic" using chatgpt.

there has yet to ever b presented an argument to me from ppl in x reader spaces to excuse or rationalize using c.ai that wasn't in some way, just selfish or personal. it's selfish. ya'll selfish.

X reader tag is exactly what it mean, for fanfiction, not memes, not relatable content, not discourse, it's for WRITTEN WORK, if u wrote a fic &n also added at the end in an authors note smthin like "i dont like a lot of the incest fics i want to make less dark content etc etc" that's reasonable, dont put non-x-reader work in x reader tags, that's the point, this is a discussion post (as u admit in comments) tag it the character / fanfiction etc

AO3 was made to host incest (thorki & wincest), redfieldcest/weskercest used 2 b the most common shipfics outside of chreon fics on ao3/fanfiction dot net. incest in written fiction even outside of fanfiction exists everywhere, stuff that is nominated & even in some states, read for educational value (flowers in the attic for example)

no offence, but if u dislike a certain topic you deem not-okay, simply saying "its gross!! shouldnt exist!!" isn't reasonable, murder, incest, rape, violence, corruption etc are things meant to be explored in fiction, published more often than not, same as it is in fanfiction
