10/16 - 10/22
fanfareMonday working - running. I print out the piano Auf dem Flusse from Schubert, first day of practicing,
Tuesday working - my Canadian friend who I met last year in Oslo came visit me for dinner, we had a good chat about life.
Wednesday went to Concertgebouw for free concert, and post the book SIGNALS FROM THE PERIPHERY, went to food shopping, back home for piano practice- second day
Thursday - been practice all day, went home for a dinner, I know the next day has a funeral here but I did not know the body is coming today, I passed by the house next to me and I saw candles been light up, I see a bed in the middle but I was confused whats going on. Played piano with Simon for his friends around 9, it was not a good performance at all , after it finished I stayed at the place and chat with others, went to visit Simon again and back to play djembe till mid night, back home pass by the dead friend, they invite me to get in, I was hesitate because I didn’t know the artist. In the end I decide to get in anyway, in fact it was really peaceful and I feel the harmoney in the air. I had a strange dream, I saw a black with shining red eye insects looking at me.
Friday I skype with parents since I’m going to Eindhoven this weekend. Afternoon I went for a dance Ninja workshop by Lea Kieffer and Rocio Marano https://vimeo.com/164881660it was really great, I know it’s been quite unusual lately the things happening in my life so I really need to dance it out. I went to see Grupa: The Drone Show by fanfare in the evening, had indonesian/Surinamese food as dinner.
Sat i tool the direct train to Eindhoven, arrived around 2:30 get the ticket almost 20 euro, went to check in my hostel, and start to explore the city, I met a student from Eindhivan academy and her research topic is about marriage in Taiwan, I chat to her and realised she went to exchange program in my Uni! I had Eritrean food as dinner. Had a ok sleep.
Sun wake up at 9 and literally been walking all day, had Indonesian / Thai food as lunch and an apple pie for afternoon desert. Dinner I had just a hotdog. Get the direct train at 19:16 back to Amsterdam home almost 9:30. Eindhoven is a really lovely city, I really enjoy this trip.

09/10 - 15/10
Monday working + running.
Tuesday working + yoga.
Wednesday working + running, went out in the evening.
Thursday working, went to play djembe a bit and visit another artist who makes and play violin here. It was very touched to hear the sound of the violin he made. Went to san serriffe for the book launch and bought a book called SCHOOL.
Friday there are some construction thing at 8 in the morning so I wake up early then went to do yoga, back take shower and cook lunch, visit another artist’s studio at 2. She’s a photographer, I asked several questions about what kind of thing she’s interested in her subject etc. Back to the studio around 4 and tried to call my friend. She didn't pick up the phone. At 5, Artist comes and help me set up air plug mattress because there’s a party tonight in front my place, last time I can't fall asleep till 4, so I was thinking to stay at someone’s else studio. Went to the stedelijk museum at 8 because they have a late night Friday, I end up don't have time to work.
Saturday went to Rotterdam visit my friend. I had dinner with her boyfriend and her boy friend’s mom. My friend showed me the city, ex: market hall, cube house and we had Poffertjes! we went back home for dinner, it was a takeaway Surinam food! Played some game in the evening.
Sunday wake up late and had nice breakfast, went to Museum area, visit Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art and others.
Back to Amsterdam around 6:30. Visit the artist who makes violin again in the evening.
