Meenah rubbed her eyes and saw that wow it was her mate "Damn, what are you efin doin' here..." she asked before seeing the chocolates and roses " 'Ey, what's this stuff for?" Meenah yawned , giving Karkat a smile. "I've been alright, not the best but to be expected for goin' off and gettin myshellf dirty." she kissed Karkat's cheek and moved out of the way "Also, if you want you can come in."

Karkat stood outside her door and smiled as she opened it. “Hey." He said softly. He was wearing his god tier outfit with the hood down so his messy hair showed. “How have you been?" He asked. In his hand he held a box of the chocolates he sent to her when he first met her and a bouquet or roses. “I brought these, don’t know if you still like them though." He let out a soft chuckle.

Meenah dusted off her god tier outfit carrying a suitcase behind her. She threw it off to the side and gave a big yawn and a "Fuck." was uttered from her mouth; soon face deep into a couch. She moved after a few minutes, delay due to laziness to turn over and make herself look just like her normal outfit. She ended up taking a nap before she heard someone open the door, Meenah flipping out for a second, getting up right after. She grumbled to herself "This better be fuckin' good." as Meenah opened the door.

" 'eeeey, I can't help but go to those thoughts tryin' to tell what you're thinkin'." she giggled a little at the hand kiss. "Ye', I sea what you mean babe." Meenah kissed the top of Karkat's head softly. "But ye, not pike we've been doin' much as of late anyways. Maybe a lil' after this time together we can go do somefin? Unless you're busy, I guess. In that case, I can go alone." she laughed, not like she normally did things with others as of late.

He frowned. “Meenah, my head is not always in that mood. I just said ‘can’t’ and ‘yet’ because I just want to spend time with you personally, later on I’ll be able to.” He gave her a big smile and pulled her hand up to kiss it softly.

"Pffft." Meenah cackled loudly. "Ye', alright let's look for it!" Laughing, she looked earnestly for it until she eventually found it. "Oh good, it's here." Eventually she found it and it was going to be a few minutes until it starts. "Hehe, alright. There we go. You think we should have somefin to eat first? I'll pay you back eventually for it." she smiled

Meenah's lips formed into that almost of a straight line, and a little blush brushed over her cheeks. "That was reely, reely sweet and I loved it, but that doesn't help me pick out what the shell to watch. Tell you what, teel me what genres you don't like so we can watch something that you won't despise. At least listen to somefin you don't despise."

"I dunno, you work in that kinda field, could imagine you're head's alwaves stuck there." she smiled. "Whale, not pike it'll be bad for me... but still! I dunno, sayin' 'can't repay you just yet' sounded fishy to me. Both those things sound good, though."

He looked shocked. “Meenah. Why would I do that as a repayment for saving me? That’d be more of a reward for me anyway. No I meant like maybe a shopping trip, or a day where I make you breakfast in bed.” He smiled enjoying both ideas.

She nodded at his pointing. "Yeah, and it wouldn't be cool if I didn't, seain' the occasion you want me to say so much." she smirked, instinctively grabbing the seat next to him, before seeing that he was patting his lap. She grinned "Maybe later, in the meantime you can use mine." she chuckled as she grabbed the remote "Is there any kinda genre you're reely into? Or should I just ask what you ain't into, instead?" she looked inquisitively at the TV.

He pointed to his TV. “You sure you’re gonna pay?” He asked a little reserved. “I mean, I’m all for it, just find something for us to watch.” He jumped on the couch and patted his lap for her to sit with him.

"I...I think it did." Meenah looked thoughtfully "I mean if it wasn't a thing then how'd you get here?" she asked. Meenah laughed at Karkat's words after that "If you're tankin' like a pervert, I don't take that kinda thing for repayments." Meenah said, some laughter still lingering.

He smiled. “So did it happen?” He asked her softly. “I mean, it sure feels like my savior is laying on top of me, and I don’t really have any way of repaying her just yet.” He pet her hair softly and tucked her braids behind her ears.

Meenah nodded "Hmm, I guess. However that woulda' ruined the whole purpose of why I surprise crashed here for a party, though..." she sighed. "You don't got any good TV or movies on demand or somefin do you? If we watched something like that, I'd shell out the cash for you so you don't lose any money today." Meenah, a well known cheap-skate offered.

He shrugged. “I don’t really have much to do here.” He said with a faint hint of defeat. “I mean, I do get out of here a lot. Probably would have been better to have a party at your crib.” He said happily.

"Like I said, I thought it was maybe a dream, too... but I don't got my flowers on me, and I remember those... and why eelse would we be in bed when we both forgot? Though, you should of thought otterwise... you said you didn't eat in three days..." she tried to confirm it with a little reasoning. "And we both dreamed the exact same thing..." her hands soon slid slowly around Karkat's hips. 

He shook his head. “No? I just kinda thought it was a dream as well.” He frowned a little. “I didn’t even know it wasn’t.” He rubbed his stomach still feeling full. He groaned softly as he pulled her down by her shoulders and kissed her forehead.

Meenah rolled her eyes and made sure everything was in place. "Did I need t' bring the little hats to make it more obvious?" she smirked. "Guess I'll have to tell you later, then." Grinning, she then went and kissed him on the cheek. Standing there for a few minutes, Meenah mentally cursed herself "Damn, shoulda' brought somefin for us to watch..." she put her hands on her hips. "Well, maybe there's some other thing we can do and hang out." she tapped her foot hoping to come up with something besides opening up presents.

He gave a shrug after laughing at her joke. “Wellllllll. I wouldn’t know, it isn’t an anniversary is it?” He rubbed his chin. “No, that ain’t it.” He scratched behind his head. “I give up. What’s up with you coming by with cake, presents, and party talk?”

"H-huh??" she had a look of shock on her face. "So... it wasn't a dream?" Meenah asked, surprised. She looked down and up. "Heeey, so that means you were lyin' to me a-boat not knowing why you were here." she smirked.

He thought for a second himself. “Well, if it was a dream, then I got some fucked up dreams where I don’t eat or drink and I’m a child.” He looked up to her eyes. “You came by and got me food and made sure I drank plenty of water.”

"The woman who saved your life? What, is that supposed to be me?" she looked in surprise. "How could I have saved you?" she asked seriously. She kissed Karkat back, and thought for a second. "Whale, the only thing that could make sense was what I think was a dream... besides that I dunno why you're here, either. But it's not like you coulda just come in yourshellf and decided to sleep in the same bed." she smiled. "Since you've at least been here once, and you're my mate, you know?"

“I doubt I could grow tired of the woman who saved my life.” He said softly. “Don’t think I don’t know what got me into this bed.” He lifted her chin up and kissed her lips again.

"Well then." She raised her eyebrow up, seeing the cake appear, however she didn't question it, since she's seen weirder anyhow. "Yeah, seems so. Maybe whale need to feed 'em to the peasants anyways." she laughed, with an obligatory "Let them eat cake." afterwards. Afterwards she looked over at Karkat and looked at him in question with a smile on her face "If I'm here. With a huge ass gift. And cake. Together. Why do you think I'm here?"

“Not a bad thing at all.” He said a little happier. “Oh, one from Aradia as well.” He said as it magically appeared on the table. “We have enough cake I think.” He said laughing. “So, what really brings you to my humble abode?”

"Nnn..." Meenah kissed Karkat back lightly. She took his words completely serious, and she had a light smile on her face. "Hmm, until you grow tired of me, hmm?" then, at the thought itself she thought. "Nah, maybe it'll also be 'til you grow tired of me, I dunno which anymore." She moved a little in his lap. 

“I love you Meenah, never doubt that, okay?” He said kissing her lips hungrily. “I may do what I do as my job, but remember who I come home to at night, it will always be you until you grow tired of me.” He said adding the last bit to get another laugh.

" Wow holy shit, I'm nice. When the shell did this happen? Maybe it's pike an alter ego then." she smirked and looked over at the cakes. "That just means more cake to eat, hm?" she smiled. "Not pike it's a bad thing though, right?"
