I was given a free sample of cold and flu products to try. First was the Breathe right strips. I had a hard time keeping it on. It did open my nasal passages. I got a sample of Emergn-c. It did help wake me up. Then I tried the Thera-flu. It wasn't great tasting, but I did feel better. By far my favorite product was the Simple Truth Honey Vanilla Lip Balm. Milkbones and Nudges

My Magazine Sharing Network gave me a few items to try free and give my honest review. First was Milk-bone brand dog biscuits. This is a trusted brand I have fed my dogs for years. Two of them love them. My dog Leela is picky and can take them or leave them. Nudges was next. I bought the Grillers Steak Flavor. They are medium sized and somewhat soft. All three of my dogs loved them. They were easy for them to chew.Finally, there was Nature's reciepe wet dog food. A 2.75 oz size was enough to feed my three dogs as an add on to their dry dog food. They loved it. I liked that it wasn't messy or smelly. I recommend all three treats for your fur babies.#ForYourPets #MyMagazineSharing #FreeSamp

#InsidersMetamucilChallenge #The InsidersUS #Sponsored. Thanks to The Insiders, I was give this full size Metamucil to review. I had a difficult time trying to get the same texture. One day it would be too thick and the next day to watery. It would taste like Tang when I did get it right. I tried using a blender cup. Even that didn't help. The powder would clump in the blender ball. While I was glad it was suger free, I wish it was flavorless. It would have been easier to mix it in my morning coffee and forget about it. It did help with making me ragular. Unfortunately, I would give me gas. Over all I am not a fan.

AZO to the Rescue!

I was given a free sample from @smiley360-blog of the new AZO Complete Feminine Balance Probiotic. It was a pretty bottle of an easy to swallow, 30 day supply of AZO. I took it each morning with my other meds. I am 45 and as we women age, we tend to have issues with vaginal imbalaces. Usually the summer heat or not staying well hydrated causes an imbalance for me. After their recommended 7 days, I felt it might have helped. I went to an amusement park, rode water rides and sweated buckets! Typically, I would end up with vaginal issues due to these enviromental changes. I think the cost of around $20 is a little pricey, but if it works it might be worth a try for you. I do recommended it to you.

Get Some Sleep!

I was given the opportunity to sample Advil PM, thanks to @smiley360-blog. It has been a life saver for me. This summer has been crazy with the hustle and bustle of working overtime and vacation fun. I have been up until 3 AM lately. My legs and back hurt because I am working in one of the nation's busiest Emergency Departments. Thanks to Advil PM, I take one pill and slowly I fall asleep. There is no tossing and turning because my back and legs ache. When I wake up I am not groggy either. Give Advil PM a try.

Private Selection Natural Cut Bacon

Thanks to Krogers' #FreeSamp I was able to try Hormel's Natural Cut Uncured Bacon. I added fresh veggies, including Private Selection mushrooms, to pasta. Then topped it with the bacon. It was delicious. This will be my summer go to dish!! #PrivateSelection #mymagazinesharingnetwork

Kroger Trail Mix Mission

My Magazine Sharing Network sent me coupons and free samples of Kroger Almonds and mini-pretzels. The mission was to create my own trail mixes. With the coupons I used Kroger brands of Almonds, Honey Cluster cereal, peanuts, mini-marshmallows, milk chocolate chips and So Cheesy crackers.Also added dried cranberries and pistatios of other brands. Below I posted my trail mix combos. My favorite was dried cranberries, mini-chocolate chips, honey cluster cereal and pistatios, mini marshmallows.
