Dylan O'Brien tries Canadian slang in an interview with "The Morning Show" at the “Saturday Night” premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) at Royal Alexandra Theatre in Toronto, Canada. (September 10, 2024)
man, a real benefit of almost exclusively decade old sterek fanfiction, is that i don't have to wait 6 months for every update in these marathon 200k fics that i love. it is a welcome relief.
So, Imagine if Stiles and Derek were mated before Eli was born, and they spent the first few years of his young life all together like a family. Then, imagine Stiles leaves to do his FBI stuff, leaves his mate alone, without his anchor to raise their son alone. All because he thinks its the safest thing for them.
AND THEN IMAGINE the events from the Teen Wolf movie happened, and after, Stiles got a phone call that he was now Eli's legal guardian. Now they have to grieve, get to know each other again, and learn how to get along and maybe, just maybe be a family.
Not me casually realizing that one of my favourite mugs has a Triskele on it lmaoo. I didn’t even buy this! It was a gift! A year ago! Before i even cared about derek hale. Wild.
i don't have daddy issues, but i just realized i have men who drive jeeps issues. the brian kinney, stiles stilinski and evan buckley trifecta really gets to me.
In a world in which the Hales are alive and healthy, Derek grew up to be a very self-confident kind of cocky college student who enjoys living life to the fullest and not denying himself simple pleasures; like drinking with his fratboy buddies, playing sports, or, you know, gangly, awkward, sarcastic and nerd-tastic teenagers who catch his eye. Stiles is just here to study, thank you very much. He’s not going to be distracted by unfairly good-looking, charming and kind of arrogant fellow students who think the world revolves around them. He's not. Even when he discovers Derek isn’t half as dumb and a billion times nicer than he originally thought.
Except he sort of does fall into his bed, and Stiles swears, it was just to get Derek out of his system and off his back. Derek can stop following Stiles around now that he’s won whatever stupid bet he’d probably made that got Stiles on his radar in the first place, and Stiles can go back to studying in peace, without stupid fratboys chatting him up at every turn. It’s better that way. It didn’t even mean anything, really. So why the hell does it hurt so much?
