Some Ideas for Upcoming Purchases
For Isabella, I think getting new bedding and TikTok lights would make her really happy. Additionally, ordering some Walmart prints in the poster size might be a good idea.
As for essentials, she needs a new toothbrush and an audit of her clothes and shoes.
For me, I believe more trench coats would be beneficial for days when I'm bloated. Also, basic slippers are necessary for both of us due to the mold issue we discussed.

Today is the second day of my plan to sue for child support. Yesterday my health was at an all time low from body memories that were brought on from retraumatization about Him and my mother. Today does not appear to be much better with the pain spreading the exterior of my lower half as well, causing dysphoria for my entire body. When I look at my abdomen it helps. I keep reminding myself that this is my body, not anyone else's and so I am safe where I'm at. I take a double dose of the medication prescribed for nervousness and that is also helping. It's hard to work like this. I can't help but think me being classified as disabled, is far from the subject matter everyone is talking about. When I read that first line the pain gets worse. Forget all the stuff that follows because... I don't even know how to explain it but it scares me. I guess, people who dismiss everything that follows that sentence and instead just offers yelling, open hand strikes, and blame. Shouldn't the paragraph following be more important than one little sentence. Sends me into mental anguish. The way they handle things. The good news is, nothing was unexpected. All the same body memories I mentioned earlier. Him and my mom formed an alliance in 2021. In a way I've been in denial about it until now. Accepting help from his family, was wrong when he was always working against me. I guess that explains why the traumatic effects are the same now more than they were when I was there. Either way. All things are the same and I'm going to devote 15 minutes per day toward this endeavor until I can get a hold on things. I will continue to monitor my health conditions with the coping skills above and I will check in periodically to give updates on this thread.
