the journey (finally) begins
i can’t recall having an AHA! moment for my career decision. rather, it’s been an accumulation of small and big episodes, and it’s not an exaggeration when i say it’s been 10+ years pondering and exploring medicine.
10+ years have gone by (which includes 4 years of high school, 4 years of college, and 1 year of gap year), and i am finally going to medical school!!!
it wasn’t all that easy. there’s been lots of doubts, worries, fear and stress. but i am grateful for those hardships for they have made me stronger, more determined and more eager than ever. which probably explains why i cried my eyeballs out when i found out i’m going to a medical school (well, to be exact, on my drive back from a weekend trip to dc, while listening to “Greatest Love of All” by Whitney Houston, all by myself - oh how i’m going to laugh at this years from now).
i still ain’t an MD, but i’m officially at the startline (0%)!
the journey (finally) begins!

06/08/16, mdspark has finally started loading!
i’ve been browsing around medblgs, and decided I need my own so I can save and organize some of their awesome posts, but also to document my own thoughts, ideas and experiences through my adventure and growth in medical school.
medical school, here i come!
