Idk who needs to hear this but it's ok. it's okay to cry. And be sad. Even if what you're crying over or sad about seems ridiculous to other people or even you, it's totally okay and normal to be sad sometimes. Being sad is part of being human. And if you're mourning someone or something, then i would like you to know that even though that pain will take a long time (and never go away in many cases), that does not mean that what you are mourning doesn't matter. It matters to you, and that's enough.
