Sometimes, she'll slowly move her face into yours, as if to whisper you sweet nothings. Surprise, it's a burp instead! "Failure to Thrive" is a condition where infants do not grow and do not put on weight, essentially not meeting healthy growth milestones. In my darkest days, I apply this phrase to myself. I feel I am not meeting milestones for functional adults. In the darkest days, I feel like a failure. Like a withered sprout who tried to grow and bloom, but ultimately failed. Depression sucks. Please reach out to your support network, be it friends, family, and/or therapists. There are people who care and will help you.

"Will there ever be a way, will my heart return to white?" I recently finished the Bone Witch trilogy by Rin Chupeco. It is, by far, one of the most mesmerizing series I have ever read. I loved all the characters, but especially the titular bone witch, Tea. She's so strong, yet fragile, loving, ferocious, and HUMAN. I cried so much reading these books. I also recently fell in love with the song "Bad Apple!" from Touhou. Some of the lyrics really fit Tea, I think. Bone Witch (c) Rin Chupeco

Wow, it's been a while. I recently played Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and I adore the shit out of that game! I especially love the partnership between Drivers and Blades. Naturally, this led me to imagining some of my characters in these roles. Elyae is a young rookie Driver, with her unique Blade, Relk. Relk uses a Megalance, is an Attacker type, and his element is lightning. The two are still getting used to each other, and Elyae especially is having a hard time adapting to the role of a Driver. Nonetheless, Relk and Elyae are very loyal to each other and travel the world to help those in need! Relk and Elyae are my characters. Please do not use without permission. Inktober, Day 2! My other dog, Gaila, turned into a human. She has a thick, fluffy ruff of fur on her neck, hence the fur stole.

I’m trying the Inktober challenge! Here is a gijinka of my dog Sully. She’s a speedy little hound mix, so I turned her into a soccer player. She has a patch over one eye, so I turned it into a strawberry mark.

I also cannot draw soccer balls to save my life.
