On December 4, 1980, the police chief in tiny Saxonburg pulled over a car not far from the police station. Minutes later, Chief Greg Adams was shot and mortally wounded. His killer drove off.
It would take decades to find the killer in Massachusetts.
The community still mourns the man who led the department. His family still wonders what could have been.

In 1988, eleven women went missing in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Nine were found dead along highways outside the city. Two are still missing and presumed dead. No one has been convicted in this case. Someone knows who the killer is.
