Been very actively trying to fiddle the past few days with the "neighborhood" part of my island.

I find myself obsessed with trying to capture the lived in feel of the hilly, half forested vibe of the local small town I live in. Where one yard will be overgrown with reckless weeds climbing over timeworn tricycles and deflated pools, while the very next will be lovingly tended with prized hydrangeas and roses, and the next joyfully filled with colorful kitsch, planters and windchimes. Each tells a different story about a whole life lived and loved in that household, and walking through feels like taking in the soul of the community in which you live, and it feels warm and so so human.

Anyway that's a lot to try to fit into a tiny space in a tiny video game but I keep trying.
