I think the USA and Canada haven't realized that so many people watch futbol here bc a great amount of people play it too, it's not bc of the fancy show or bc our team happens to do good, even if our team doesn't win anything and we don't have a maradona or messi playing for our team, there's always kids playing futbol at recess at schools, there's always a calm road in neighborhoods interrupted by kids playing futbol, you always see at least a group of people kicking a ball at every park you pass by, for older people its also supper common to get together to play, as badly or as good as they can, just to have fun and bond, when there's not enough space to play properly they play kicking to the goal, when there's no ball to kick they do it with a bottle or a bunch of drags smashed together

Most argentinians remember the fond times they had playing futbol themselves when they watch it, even if they never played in a club or in a university team. You can't explain this passion by just watching

As someone who gives zero fucks about historical accuracy and was devastated when Merlin and Reign were cancelled I found My Lady Jane so entertaining like so genuinely funny and the costumes are stunning and I really really hope it gets renewed cause I need some light hearted period drama to cleanse my palate after HotD

There are two basic arguments for shutting the fuck up about cishets at Pride.

First: What if a trans kid asks their parents to show their support by attending Pride with them? What if a lesbian can only attend pride if she gets a ride from someone and the only person willing and able to drive her is her straight brother? What if a bi disabled person can't attend a large outdoor event without hands-on assistance from their straight partner? What if someone just wants to bring their fucking friends? What if, contrary to popular tumblr discourse, most queers don't inhabit perfectly pure social bubbles populated only by other queers? What if it's none of your business?

Second and perhaps more important: If you think you can tell that someone is CIS, let alone HET, by LOOKING at them, you are a cop and an idiot.
