hey y'all
I wanted to let you all know that I am sorry for my lack of activity, but I have found a passion for conservation. In the next few weeks, I will have a podcast started and available on Spotify. It will be about everything to do with conservation/the environment and I'm making the episodes in small bites to make it more comfortable for the viewer.
I realized that not everyone knows what the hell is going on on our planet, and I want to remedy that by giving free education to whomever can access it. Of course I will have linked sources and stay as informative as possible, and I want you to know that I will have my work checked by my professor, who has a doctorate and studies chimpanzees in Uganda. She inspired me and I hope this can inspire at least one person, because there is so much work to be done.

My friends, I have been depressed lately, I will admit. I either lay in bed (after my work is done) tearfully wondering what the point is, or feel like shaking the bars of reality. I haven't been able to write because I have no motivation, which is awfully tragic because I love writing and it brings me so much joy.
I still love all of you and hope you're doing well in your lives. I hope to God hyperfixation takes me by the throat again so I can finish all that I've started and share with you all.
Im the meantime, I wish you all the most joy and love you can recieve.

What do yall do when you dislike someone enough to daydream about beating the shit out of them, but you have to be cordial with them?
I'm not generally a hateful person, but my dislike solidified and I cannot stand to think about being around this person, but someone I love is friends with them and I have to be around them.
Any technique to help besides deep breaths?
