1) Clean at night
It is essential to clean the face to remove the remains of makeup, old cells, dirt, dust, and bacteria. Hygiene helps the skin to be oxygenated by eliminating obstructions that could clog pores. After the cleaning, it is suggested to wash with warm water.
2) Moisturize
After cleaning, apply a lotion or moisturizing cream, contingent upon the skin. Use a night cream that contains retinol, peptides or development factors, to repair the tissues.
3) Washing in the morning
One of the essential skin care tips at the beginning of the day is to re-clean the skin, to remove the toxins build up on the skin while we sleep. In the morning, you only need to wash with water. Do not overdo it with cleanliness; If not, the risk of removing the natural lipid layer persists.

1) Laser hair reduction treatment doesn’t work on dark skin.
This myth is going for decades that laser hair reduction treatment doesn’t work on dark skin tones.
These myths were actually true when laser hair removal was introduced to the clients with the dark skin tones (especially those of African-American descent), they experienced that the area which was treated was looking discoloured in appearance due to loss of skin pigmentation. But this was the problem of the past because the lasers which are used now for laser hair reduction emits different wavelength levels which can be adjusted according to the skin tone and the area to be treated. These lasers can be customized according to the skin tone of different clients.
2) Laser hair reduction doesn’t work on the face.
Facial hair removal in women has been always in high demand, but with the old technology lasers, it was not possible to remove facial hair which is not thick enough and was not contrast heavily in colour. These were the story of the past because now with the help of new technology certain lasers are able to target lighter facial hair successfully and give the best result to the client.

Are you a 4th-year student from an engineering college having gotten placed in one of the Indian IT/ITES behemoths for a package between 3-3.5L?
Are you one of those who is seeking an answer as to why have the entry-level salaries stayed stagnant since the decade (in fact more) whereas the likes of Amazon, Google, Facebook are giving really competitive salaries?
The reasons why entry-level salaries for IT firms remain the same are (including why they are justified in doing the same):
1)      These companies work on higher volumes and lower margins, they derive their margins from these entry-level employees.
2)      The outsourcing companies are highly competitive in nature, and most of them have the same offerings, the only way they can win contracts is by keeping the pricing low.
3)      The companies have award-winning training programs and the entry level engineers are paid during their training period, so keeping the lower salaries is justified.

INTERVIEW HABITS THAT CAN GET YOU REJECTED
So you have got the interview call that you were waiting for, it’s time to shine through the interview process to get closer to your dream job, but before you jump in and start preparing for the interview read through some quick “don’ts” that will instantly diminish your selection chances.
1. SPEAKING BADLY ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS
In almost all the cases the very first question every recruiter asks is why do we want to leave the existing company, usually candidates start their unprofessional rants about how their existing employer isn’t good enough and so on. This usually leaves an extremely diluted impression of the candidate who’s not only unprofessional and has a complaining nature. This serves as a strong reason for rejection in the interview.
Our suggestion
Rather than speaking badly about your previous employers try and talk about why you like the company you have applied to, how your skills are relevant to the growth of the company and how your previous company experience has shaped you into a perfect candidate for the company you have applied to.
2. DODGING ANSWERS
We have all tried this, it never really works though but we still try, just because the interviewer says “sure” doesn’t mean they are ready to buy your bullshit, the interviewer comes with a very strong sense to detect bull shit and smells it immediately.
Our suggestion
Be as honest as possible, don’t overdo things by apologizing for it and creating drama. Just politely and impactfully pass the challenge and proactively look for another chance to establish your eligibility for the profile.

We through our research have jotted down the following key drivers for the same 1) The existing undergraduate curriculum especially the engineering course, needless to say the gap between market expectation and undergraduate aptitude is too lengthy. 2) The introduction of automation The following reasons have given rise to the following consequences 1) Stagnant rate salary rate 2) Steep decline in the recruitment in the IT sector. IT outsourcing has long been one of India's flagship industries but experts say automation, a failure to keep up with new technologies and US President Donald Trump's clampdown on visas is creating industry-wide upheaval

The placement season is around the corner, college graduates dreaming about their first job and the question every graduate has on his /her mind, “Just how much is enough?” Research has shown over a period of time that the graduates take the first offer they receive without considering the possibility of asking for a higher salary. Is this the right approach? A new employee gains a lot from negotiation, not only does this imply a good start but also it helps in the long run as you start off a good launch pad. Employers always buffer in about 5-10% when offering a salary. It’s a win-win situation for the employer either way. If you negotiate, you fall under their budget and if not you are a bargain hire for them.

Whenever a student opts for joining a college, he/she has a look at the placement records, and at the kind of companies that visit the campus. Does this make the duty of the college to ensure 100% placement? The cost of education in India is rocketing by through the years. The class of 2018 of IIM-Ahmedabad will pay Rs 19.5 lakh for the two-year course which is 400% higher than what the institute charged in 2007. If the fees of the management course continue to rise by an average 20% Year-on-Year, it should cost roughly Rs 95 lakh in 2025, almost a whopping Rs 1 crore if one includes other miscellaneous expenses around the education. If we look at one of the most popular fields of education in India we are not too far either. At an average running inflation rate of 10%, a four-year engineering course that costs Rs 8 lakh today is likely to cost Rs 17 lakh in about eight years; time. By 2030, the course should cost more than Rs 30 lakh. For engineering and medical aspirants, these costs start, while the student is in school. Coaching institutes charge between Rs 80,000-1 lakh a year to prepare students for the entrance exam for the blue-chip institutions like IIT.

COMPETITION:
We already know, the more the opportunities the higher the competition gets. So you need to have something special in you to survive this competition and grab each and every opportunity you get. Digital marketing jobs are not that challenging to get, you just need to have the right skills and knowledge. But unfortunately, there is an enormous gap between “Demand and Supply” in terms of Digital Skill sets which is needed to be corrected.

laser hair removal can seem like a huge investment to begin with. however do do not forget, it's far only a one time funding. and like all one time funding it'll pay itself off now not handiest in financial, however also in terms of comfortand performance. significantly, consider the time, effort and strength which you save while you don’t must go to the salon/splendor parlor for waxing, ever! This reality by myself makes it worth the investment.
