She deepened the kiss. *What am I even doing?* She thought to herself. As much as she wanted to deny it this boy had stolen her heart.

He smiled against her lips as his hand moves to the her petite hips, He started to wonder if this was a good idea

❝Right, and where’s my end of the deal?❞

     {Her eyebrows remained raised as she extended her hand, gesturing for her part of the bargain.}

Daniel let out a sigh as he patted the spot next to him "You think i'm actually gonna give you my bowl? you might run away with it.": he started to crush up the cookie

Rachel smiled and nodded her head, “And I can keep loving you… not that I would ever stop, regardless of where I am.” she said gently, her arms wrapping around his neck as she kissed him deeply.

"Good point" He mumble against her lips as he continued to kiss his girlfriend ever so lovingly, his hand moving down to her waist, pulling her closer if possible

"I can’t promise you won’t get hurt." she warned.

"I think i'd love to have my heart broken by you,Jess." he smirked at her before leaning in and kissing her gently

Jess cupped his face in her hands. “Stupid boy.” She said, pressing her forehead to his.

He smiled weakly at her as he kisses the tip of her nose "Stupidly in love with you,"

"My dad found a job here Dan…he said it’s my choice whether we stay or go… and, if it means staying or leaving you, I want to stay." she said gently, placing one hand on his shoulder as the other trailed down his chest.

"Th-That's-" Daniel leans in and kisses her sweet and lovingly, his hand that''s on her leg moves to her cheek, cupping it to deepen the kiss. "I could keep loving you now..."

"Look. I like you. A lot." She said hiding the break in her voice "Which is why I’m telling you now. Walk away."

Daniel's arm reaches over and wraps around the girl "I hope you know that i'm not going anywhere."

    {She scoffs a bit, rolling her eyes playfully. He reminded her of a friend she used to have in Canada.}

❝You are a child. But I’ll give you a cookie if you share your ice cream with me.❞

"I'm a child but at least i got some cookie ice cream." He smirked at her as he reach over and got the cookie out of her hand.

Rachel gave him a sympathetic look as she intertwined their fingers, putting her legs over his lap and scooting toward him. “Well…. what if I wasn’t?” she asked almost too casually, looking at their hands.

Dan bit down on his lower lip as he watched Rachel scoot closer towards him, his other hand move to the girls leg, resting it there as he looked at her. "What?" He was confused for a brief moment,

"I warned you. I’m no good for you."

"Why? Why aren't you good for me? you make me happy."

❝Congratulations. Do you want a cookie with that?❞

     {A half-smirk was spread on her lips, eyebrows up and her head tilted.}

Daniel thinks for a moment before he nods his head 

"Yeah,  cookies would be perfect with my ice cream!"

"I told you not to get attached."

"After everything that happened you think i wouldn't get attached?"

[mattyisntmyname]

Rachel smiled, leaning into him as she tilted her head, “And why is that?” she asked gently, running her fingers through his hair.

Daniel looked down at the brown eyed girl, he smiled weakly  as he took her hand away from his hair to hold it "Because by the end of the summer you're gonna be 2,000 miles away and i'm gonna be stuck here, wishing you were next to me."
