Fumbling with her tote bag, seemingly looking for her wallet, Jeonghan stood by and waited for Seoyun while clearly annoyed. “Don’t tell me you forgot it again…” He sighs heavily. This hadn’t been the first time Seoyun had “forgot” her wallet, but she clearly remembered bringing it this time though, she had thrown it in her bag right when they left the dorm. 

“No, I didn’t forget it this time! You saw me throw it in my bag earlier.” She huffs, a few more minutes of rummaging and as if she had been blessed, there she pulls out her wallet, money sticking out and all. She really needed a better wallet. 

“Oh finally. Give it to me, I don't trust you to pay.” He snatches her wallet before making his way to the front counter. Geez, he never failed to annoy Seoyun when she’s struggling to make ends meet. Following Jeonghan, she looks at the menu alongside him. “So what did Woozi and DK want again? They just yelled at me and pushed us out the door…” Seoyun says with an unsatisfied tone. “Woozi wants a plain vanilla ice cream, and dokyeom wants a strawberry banana one. How did you not hear them?” He grins, playfully nudging her. “And you called yourself a ‘great listener’, where did that go?” 

“Yeah, cuz yelling in my face then pushing us out, apparently I should’ve heard whatever the hell they said.” She rolls her eyes. Jeonghan could only chuckle at her reaction. He loved to tease Seoyun, getting on her nerves until she had to forcibly kick him out of her room or having the members hold her back from almost strangling him. Browsing the menu a bit more, an employee suddenly walks out from the back doors, quickly going over to the pair and taking their orders.

Watching the woman scoop their ordered ice cream, Jeonghan pulls out his phone, snapping some pictures. “They all look so good…wah.” The woman finishes up their ice creams before handing them to Jeonghan and Seoyun. “This is actually a big scoop, for ice cream…” Seoyun is stunned at the size. “Mhm, not really, a lot of ice cream means a lot more for me.” They both walk out the shop.

“But you didn’t even order anything…? Actually, don't tell me…” She has a look of annoyance while glancing at him. “You’re really gonna eat at Dokyeom’s ice cream…? You’re so shameless…”

“What? He’s not gonna know. Jeonghan, being annoying, laughs behind her. She hoped he would choke while laughing just for a bit of karma. “Wait for me!” He continues to laugh, walking beside her. “You looked dumb back there, tripping over your own foot.” Jeonghan laughs out more, mocking the way Seoyun sounded when she almost fell. “If only you actually fell, Woozi would be mad. The walk is silent for a moment until Seoyun speaks up. “Gosh, you’re lucky i'm holding my ice cream and bag right now or else I would’ve already kicked you in the-”

“Yah! Where were you guys?” They both look to see Woozi walking towards them, of course he had his complementary slippers, nothing out of the ordinary. “Oh. You actually left the dorm.” Jeonghan comments, a dumb grin plastered on his face again. “Give me my ice cream, you two are so slow.” Woozi says, taking the ice cream from Seoyun’s hands. Sure, Seoyun was awkwardly smiling and all but deep inside she was dreading Woozi noticing the somewhat melted ice cream and parts of the cracked cone after she squeezed it to prevent it from dropping. The least he could do was thank her and be on his way or wherever the heck he was heading. 

Apparently, Jeonghan couldn’t be any more irritable because he puts his hand out, blocking Woozi from walking past. “Where are you heading? I know you’re not going to the store, you usually don’t take this way.” Just as Seoyun, Woozi is annoyed as well, but he’s actually good at hiding it. “I’m just going to pick up ice cream for Scoups… and because you both take so damn long, I didn’t want to wait. I also don’t wanna be present for his whining.” Just like that, hes brushing past Jeonghan and walking in the direction of the ice cream shop. 

“But what about Dokyeom’s ice cream? It’s gonna melt when we come back, and at the pace Seoyun is walking, its gonna be completely gone by then!” She slaps his arm. “Then run back! I just wanted my ice cream.” Woozi yells. Not surprised, they just turn back. “I guess we should run huh?” A laugh leaves her lips, “There’s no we. I think you should be the one running, I gave Woozi his already.” Seoyun smirks at him. Suddenly she feels like teasing Jeonghan back. “You can run back and I follow, I promise.” She nods innocently. 

“What? Why…? You’re supposed to help me remember? I might fall and Dokyeom will be-” 

“Yeah, you might fall, so be careful. And the ice cream is almost already melting… so might as well hurry, hm?” Hopefully he would get the message, to leave her alone and give her some time to collect herself before she actually tackles Jeonghan down later.

Like Yoon Jeonghan would, he whines. “Ah… but I need someone to help me unlock the door...” 

“Ugh, just go! Its really gonna melt soon!” Seoyun pushes him forward, gesturing him to just hurry the fuck up. 

“Hehe, okay okay. You look funny right now.” Jeonghan chuckles, giving her one last cocky smile before dashing up the road to the dorms.

Giggling to herself, she pulls out her phone from her tote bag. Scrolling through it as she walked back. Now that she thinks about it, suddenly ice cream doesn’t sound all that bad today… shit. “Ah, but we already came-” Cutting her sentence off, she sighs heavily before deciding that the ice cream could wait until later, when the sun is setting and its less hot out. 

Typing in the dorm code on the door, it unlocks before her. Entering, she spots Jeonghan with a plastic spoon in his mouth and a clearly upset Dokyeom. “Ah… this guy made my ice cream melt! Now I have to eat it in a bowl…” He says settling down next to Jeonghan on the couch. Jeonghan pulls the spoon out. Yeah, he’s definitely gonna make a stupid excuse again. As expected he places a hand on the others shoulder. “But it wasn’t me. Seoyun was slow-” Bingo. “Aish! Shut up. You were the one bugging me so it took longer.” She defends herself. Hanging her bag up, she goes into her room. Dokyeom whines at Jeonghan over his melted ice cream. As he should cuz all that wait for some melted ice cream, and not even in the cone? She can’t blame the man. 

Changing out of her clothes and into her “I'm lazy and don’t wanna leave the dorm” outfit, she excitedly jumps onto her bed. Listening in on the two’s conversation, Seoyun can’t help but giggle to herself at the exchange of whining from Dokyeom and pathetic excuses from Jeonghan. Now that she thought of it, maybe carats would find this situation funny.
