Self care doesn’t have to be this massive thing, self care can come in all shapes & sizes, especially small ...... For example, if you are wanting to lose weight, having one less mouthful of food in one of you daily meals doesn’t seem like it would make an impact. But, count up those mouthfuls over the month and I bet you would be surprised at how much food that equates to. That is the amount of calories you saved going into your body.
