“Yuna.”
The name echoes throughout the air, and it’s as if it has a direct line to your bloodstream, because as soon as the two syllables register in your mind, you fall into a complete state of panic. Your body tenses up, and there’s a rapid increase to your heart beat, causing sweat to pool at your forehead. It’s as if you’ve lost the ability to breath, and you aren’t sure what to do, when you suddenly feel the emptiness of your hand being filled again.
You look down at the table, and you see that Yoongi has interlaced your fingers with his. He gives them a tight squeeze that makes you lift your gaze, and he tries to muster up a look that will let you know that everything was going to be alright. You understand his silent words, and you shake your head as you try to calmly bring yourself back down.
You feel a presence come into your peripheral, and you take a deep breath before turning your head slowly to face the person, who unknowingly had every reason in this world to hate you.

“Jungkook and his girlfriend.” The words leave Yoongi’s mouth, and you immediately feel as if a hole has been punched through your chest.
“S-sorry what did you just say?” You knew that you had heard him perfectly clear, but there was something inside of you that didn’t want to register the words as real, or truthful.
“I said Jungkook and his girlfriend. They’ve been fighting so much these past few months, I don’t know why. Two years together, and you’d think they’d learn how to handle each other.” Yoongi laughs, but you feel the whole in your chest grow even wider.
“Two years?” You whisper, more to yourself in disbelief than to Yoongi, but he takes it as that.
“Yeah, long time right?” You don’t say anything as you try to turn all of your attention to the tears currently pooling in your eyes, and trying not to let them spill over. You trap your bottom lip between your teeth, and try not to blink, but it proves futile as you feel a wetness start to streak down your face. Yoongi sees the tears, along with the way your hands were starting to shake.
“Woah Y/N, what’s wrong?” You see Yoongi jump up from his seat, round the table, and pull a chair up next to you. He notices you trying to keep your hair down, so that he can’t see the way your tears were starting to flow faster.
“Hey, look at me.” He whispers, and you turn hesitantly towards him, but only slightly.
“Do you wanna tell me what’s wrong?” Yoongi takes his hand, and lifts it up to tuck the fallen hair behind your ear, putting your tear stained face on full display.
“I-I don’t know if I should, I don’t want you to think I’m a bad person.” You sniffle out, as the weight of the situation comes crashing down on you. Jungkook has a girlfriend; a girlfriend that he’d been dating for two years. One that probably loves him a lot, and thought that these past few months had just been a rough patch in their relationship. One that didn’t know that Jungkook has been cheating on her for months with some random girl.
And that random girl was you.

You could feel the music pulsing around your body as you swayed in time with the beat. There were packs of dancing figures surrounding you, and you suddenly felt the need for a break from the suffocating atmosphere. You wiggled your way through the mob of people until you reached the outside, and took in a relieved breath; but you immediately regret it because your lungs are instantaneously filled with cigarette smoke from the abundance of lounging celebrities.
You had somehow managed to make it into the VIP section of the club that night, probably due to the short red dress that hitched higher and higher up your legs with every movement you made. It was strange, every time you turned your head there was another famous person catching your eye. You weren’t too into celebrity culture, but you couldn’t help but find it kind of surreal seeing all these people that were usually just pictures in a magazine, or pixels on a screen, standing right before your eyes.
You couldn’t stop the fit of coughing that overtook you, as you tried to expel the rancid smoke that had invaded your body. You stumbled forward slightly, as you tried to make your way to the bar for a drink, when you suddenly feel a hand being placed on your back. You whip your head to the side to try and politely ask the stranger to not touch you, but when his face comes into view all of your words are lost.
There was no mistaking his raven black hair that paired with his fiery eyes, which contrasted greatly with his cute bunny-like smile.

description: It was everything, from his tattoos, to his touches, to the way sweat rolled down his neck as he strummed into his guitar on stage; everything about him completely enthralled you. So why are you now, two and a half years later, on a train to Seoul, telling a complete stranger the recollection of how you became fated to forever have scars on all of your future hearts due to the happiness, but most of all the pain, that came along with falling in love with Jeon Jungkook.
The slight tremble in Jimin’s fingertips developed into a full-blown tremor as he closed the door to his studio, effectively leaving you behind — but it wasn’t that simple. It wasn’t that simple because he wasn’t just leaving you behind. He was leaving you behind with a guy that you were completely in love with… Which kind of blowed considering he was starting to fall for you himself.
The music from the party was reverberating inside of his chest and he knew that his ears should be ringing with anger, but instead he just felt numb. It was like he couldn’t hear anything; no music, no crowd, nothing. It was all one giant blur that didn’t seem to make sense to him, and all because his mind was screaming that nothing else mattered right now — nothing except for you.
Jimin knew very well what leaving you in that room with Jungkook meant. It meant every single feeling that the two of you had ever had for each other would inevitably rekindle, and compared to what Jimin had with you, even if he did consider it one of most amazing stints of time of his entire life, it didn’t hold a candle to what you and Jungkook had, and probably always would have.
