done a pretty convincing irish accent to buy hostages time

muttered "fuck" under his breath

Concept: Some jackass shows Bucky how to make a blog and it becomes really popular. Not because it’s the blog of James Buchanan Barnes, American Legend, War Hero, Infamous Assassin, Alleged Terrorist. Nobody even knows it’s his blog. It gets really popular because people think it’s a really great shitpost generator or something. Because Bucky is just a Weird Fucking Person and everything he posts on his fucking personal blog comes off as somewhere between dril and Jaden Smith and people are like “this is some quality garbage right here” and thus Accidental Memelord Bucky is born.

Your periodic reminder that in people who have been subject to threats and punishment for having emotional responses or ‘inappropriate’ facial expressions, panic attacks look different.

They may look like the person has become calmer and less involved, dismissive, even. Some people become intensely subservient and silent. Some become catatonic.

Panic doesn’t always involve screaming, crying, and obvious signs of distress. It involves an extreme form of the person’s fear response – which can be altered by circumstance, ability, and what they’ve learnt to fear.

Which is to say, it’s not your place to decide someone isn’t having a panic attack, when they’ve told you that’s what’s happening.

Eowyn is the perfect example of powerful femininity.

Her whole life she was tortured with revenge of her father, the gross lustful advances of Wormtongue, and the idea of not being trapped in a cage (aka her mind). She assumed that riding into battle as a man would, would then give her the green light of acceptance and power.

But what truly made her powerful, was the moment she reveals to the Witch King of Angmar that she is in fact a WOMAN, and that she does not need to be a man to show power and nobility.
