LESS SCROLLING, MORE LIVING
We’re here in the modern world where technologies and gadgets are part of the basic needs of people. To be more specific, we millenials love to used cellphones, tablets, laptop and etc. as a leisure time for us. In just one clicked, it makes us happy and it changes our real world by this time. Morever, those gadgets are form medium to connect with people that we’re currently interested with. It creates a greater impact in to our lives once the socializing activity have been started.
According to (Notion,2017) stated that, “Social Media is a phrase that we throw around a lot these days, often to describe what we post on sites and apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and others.” Just like the short films that we’ve watched yesterday about using social media in our daily lives. And it proves there that:
First, because social media is too public, we can FREELY to post our current situation or problems just to let anybody else to know what’s going on in our lives.
Second, people who used Social Media produces different kinds of wrong informations, like hiding your true identity and hiding your real life current situation.
Third, social media itself is the bridge between two people about their feelings with each other, but it creates also danger to every people, more specifically the girls who gave their personal information to any guys out there. Why? because we don’t know the real intention of those people who are trying to convince us to give our personal info. Always keep in mind that It’s important to remember that stranger danger is REAL!
However, social media also brings a positive effect, like creating new friends through online etc. Yet we must put in our minds that it’s hard to trust anyone on social media websites especially if we didn’t met them in person.
Lesson: We should set limits to break those circumstances that might happen to us if we just believe and trust ourselves. We should asked our beloved close friends and family members before posting something in social media. It is also good if we met people first in person rather than in online. Practice what you post people. Don’t use it to impress people, but instead to create a great impact to people around us.
