A short and simple character animation to test how the sketchy and soft style I've been rather fond of in my art lately looks in motion, just out of curiosity. So, as rough as this little thing is, I give you my first Mario fan animation! A mugimation, if you will.

As fun as this experiment was, next time I won't go quite as rough though. I usually go for a neater look, and now I can see exactly why xD I do like slightly scratchy animation like in Disney's Aristocats, but this ain't it. Still, hope you enjoy!

Full painting of my mascot. It was drawn by my sister Rein and colored by me. It was 2015, the time when I started my drawing careerer.
