I got a scanner (I'm so happy!!!!!!!) and tried it out on this ridiculously gold mermaid I worked on in August
I have mixed feelings about this piece. It's not as good as I wished it to be. How did I even come up with painting her gold? It's stupid. I always struggle with coloring. I hate coloring!
But the birds and the little sea dog look good. So I will use them somewhere else one day (let this picture just be a study, for my piece of mind)
From a certain angle it can look good tho
