how do you feel about people associating your work with catholicism and catholic imagery?

idk it’s pretty nuanced. obviously my upbringing as a southern baptist in the bible belt is extremely crucial context to the subtleties of the narrative but i imagine most if not all evangelicals/ex-evangelicals can relate to feeling abandoned by god at some point in their life.
