Side view, first jacket; This jacket is made in 4 layers, 3 of which are made of faux suede, and last one from faux white leather. Each of the upper layers is a bit wider than one underneath, and are sewn so they don't look attached.

This is the first jacket in the collection. It' s made in 4 layers, 3 of which are made of faux suede, and last one from faux white leather. Each of the upper layers is a bit wider than one underneath, and are sewn so they don't look attached. Layers of sleeves are visually continuing on the ones from torso.

So based on the era of contradiction, I developed a collection of jackets. These are contradictory in the sense that all the embellishment is minimalized, but patterns are complex. They look luxurious, but sporty at the same time.

I always loved Victorian era London, and this is where the inspiration for this jacket collection came from. Studying it for a while, I have decided that - rather than taking pure visuals, I would take the idea of it, and build collection on that. So based on the era of contradiction, I developed a collection of jackets. Building them in layers, they take the shape of exoskeleton like one found on insects.

So this is pretty much me after my second fall. After trying to figure out what to post here now that I'm too bruised for selfies and to ill to make new art at the moment, I realised I never posted my jackets collection here!!! You're in for a treat over the next 10 days ;)

This week is going to be interesting! I'm presenting my dissertation (finishing college finally) and uploading a video a day (hopefully)!
