Tired of dealing with randomly generated townies who show up with unwanted CC on them?!

Do these 3 things:

1) Use MCCC Tray Importer so that all of your randomly generated townies are from tagged households in your library. I made a tutorial here. These tagged households can or cannot include CC, it's up to you. Need some townies? I have some here and here are others. 2) Use Sims 4 Studio to disable all newly added cc for random before loading your game. I have a waiting folder for all newly added CC so I can test them and run batch fixes. More info on batch fixes can be found here. 3) Use MCCC and a dresser file so that when sims age up they get a premade outfit. May I suggest checking out @blackpanda-ts4's file here? Want more info and maybe to make your own dresser file then see here, here, and here. This a great option for historical players or if you have a limited number of packs, but def more advanced and more work. Make sure to tag all of your active households so the MCCC doesn't dresser clean them when they age up.

God I had WAY too much fun making the swatches for these, LOL. But at last, the shrooms are finished! I'm trying not to torture myself by making a gazillion versions for all the cc i make, so this one is a single version with 4 categories available... Maybe I'll convert for younger ages in the future but we'll see! (Still having problems with CASTools so definitely future me's problem LOL)

As you can see I just shut off my brain and started doing some video game mushroom swatches at the end there, kudos if you can recognize a few! 👀

Known issues: These antennas use a small portion of the Hat texture slot, meaning hats will most likely not be compatible with this. If you can't find some of my cc in your game, its likely you'll need CAS Unlocks for it (like occult detail slots).

Sooo, recently I've found a way to fix (in my opinion) "unfinished", alpha custom content made for TS4. First I tried to remodel a high-poly shirt and copy the UV map from the original to the low-poly one. With this method I was able to decrease the polycount from 19k to 1,8k in 2-3 hours.

After that I tried to figure out a faster method and found an open source auto remesher addon/plugin for Blender which cut the work time in half, 1 hour! Tried this plugin out with another shirt and I was able to cut down ~8k polies AND keep the quality that the original shirt had!

Then another one!

I honestly don't know what to say. I am convinced now that most TS4 CC creators only make their work to fill their pockets and wallets. I know they say that they do this out of a hobby, but PLEASE, if you put your work behind a paywall, at least make sure it's optimized.

hey maxis match cc people and everyone else too I separated flowers from 140 sims textures and put them all in one image grouped by color (with gaps large enough to rectangle select anything you want)

nothing is resized but tumblr will eat the quality so here's a download link (sfs, in the zip archive there's the whole image as well as every group by itself)
