the agony of not having this scene in the final cut. W H Y
"Do you know what it is you're most afraid of?"
Whenever Andrew Dominik says that there's a certain scene he can't talk about because "it's like talking about your dead child" it's def this whole aaa scene from the book LNAOOO

Every once in a while I repeat this gorgeous shot, because I miss this gentle film, the story of telling grand stories. Can one miss films? Also because - what a perfect shot.

please share your thoughts! not enough people are as obsessed with this movie as they should be!!!
Criminally underseen and overlooked film. I champion it whenever possible.
I can write essays about it with ease simply because of the depth of the story and mystifying historical context. I must have seen the movie from beginning to end more than 15 times.
Character development is so incredibly layered it's hard to find another movie that can match it. Can't seem to find the flaws the haters are speaking of. It's one of the great modern tragedies of our time. If anyone wants me to go deep into analysis I'd be willing to share some stuff.
