If someone is asking you to prove your worth, it’s time to walk away, not because of pride but because of dignity and self respect. Those are one of the things that define who we are as an individual.

And so I did. Having a deep feeling towards a friend who doesn't feel the same way can be a bit depressing but it is not the end of the world. It may have pulled me down to doldrums and find different diversion to escape and used other people to conceal the gaps but I made my way out of it and now I'm free.
