09.06.17 // a little tour of my dorm room 

as many of you know, decorating my dorm room was one of the main reasons i was so eager to get back to university. i finally finished decorating last night, after almost three weeks, so i thought i’d show you! 

does anyone else feel so much happier/calmer in a clean and aesthetically-pleasing room, or is that just me?

i wanna be a girl who walks into first period with a smile on her face and a spring in her step and a really cute ponytail swinging behind her. like i want to have a neat color coded binder with postit notes sticking out of it, a matching water bottle, organic rose tinted lip balm and my homework stapled and highlighted every day

Finally organized my desk today! It's been driving me crazy for a while because I have so many books I haven't been able to get them set up nicely. I cleaned out my drawers and when I organized them I realized that there was room in my bottom drawer for quite a few books to hide.

I spent about 7 hours in the library today between writing my annotated bibliography for government class and then doing some reading for fun. I know, my Friday nights are extremely interesting, I bet you wish yours were the same.
