(I usually start with “Hi! =D” but I think that’s bit too enthusiastic for this.)

I don’t know if You’re aware of kikker-oma’s Fan Joy July thing here in Tumblr. The thing is that she’s picked 31 stories she creates fanart for as a surprise gift to show how much she loves those fanfictions.

I’m doing the same but other way around: Fanfiction for fanart.

So, my simple question is:

How would You react if I or someone else wrote a fanfiction that was inspired by Your fanart?

I want to remind that this fanfiction would NOT be in any of way about plagiarizing or re-creating your work. It would be, though: - Inspired by the given art - Based on the given art with the said art being part of the story - Written in Alternative Universe compared to the basis / world You created Your art into - The characters in the story are my interpretation of them

The art that is inspiring me to write a story for it would be the next: - The art is a missing person poster for Warriors. - You uploaded it this year (2025) at May the 21st.

The story idea I have for this is the next: - Prank gone wrong (few from the Chain create the poster for fun) - Whump aka Warriors getting hurt (the traitors in Warriors’ era take advantage of Wars actually playing along with the prank of sorts)

So….. Would you want this kind of story for your art for Fan Joy July?
