Hey, likeee I said on my last post that it’s been a long while. I’d like to talk about something that’s happened recently with the tumblr user @/LeviGoober. He’s someone who makes Alenoah content and is responsible for an AU called “Alenoah Royal AU.” They’re someone I’ve met through the Footemoji discord server (very nice people there for the most part, and the owner of the server, Footemoji, is fairly responsible and kind!) which, for the rest of this, I’ll just call Levi. Levi seemed fairly sweet at first! We talked a bit, but not all that much. I helped make a few designs for his royal au project, though they never got out publicly, and I suggested some things all voluntarily. Now again, it was nothing that close until I made a sona for something called “team footemoji,” which is kind of like self-insertions in total drama. I thought it’d be a pretty fun idea. Levi also made one around the same time; nothing happened immediately, but there was a fun side project some of us participated in; me and Levi had our sonas together in one of the groups! After awhile, we started brainstorming a lot of stuff together and then ended up having our sonas become canon in the footemoji, or at first anyway. He sent me random TikTok’s and others based off of the ship and AU ideas for them; some of them kind of weirded me out, but I shrugged it off. Now, the thing is, I’m 13; he’s 18. I thought he was 15 when I agreed to this, so I was uncomfortable for awhile. Fortunately, he called it off because he thought it was strange, which I was extremely relieved about. He also shared my opinion on certain subjects, such as thinking large age gaps between people are weird even if they’re aged down or up in fiction and is just concerning still, which made me trust him a decent amount. Yeah, bad idea. I started excusing nearly every weird thing, even if I constantly got bad vibes. And also, going back a bit before the ship was called off, he was already getting a teensy bit too comfortable sending me weird things. Like, we were talking about an IOTS AU with the sonas that was made for fun, he first told me a detailed idea for his sona which was REALLY… yeah he sent me a lot of gore at that time, which was honestly kind of disturbing.

I didn’t really think about how weird that fact actually was at the time; he also seemed to sort of glorify gore and act enamored at it almost, but it’s still fairly notable in the big picture. Anyway, fast forward back in time to after we ended that ship with our self-insertions; we didn’t talk that regularly again. He’d sent me occasional DMs and stuff Still about both of our self-inserts, some of the other DMs were Levi asking me for help about what to do socially. It didn’t start getting weird again until I agreed to play Minecraft with Levi. Now, I already played Roblox with him for hours, but this was the first time I played it. Levi seemed weirdly a bit scared about Minecraft mobs, so we were on peaceful mode for awhile, and barely a bit after going with mobs, he suddenly did a Steven Universe pack with me, then tried a Disney one, but I couldn’t load it. I felt it was kind of weird. I felt like the more mature one the entire time. And then we played the mimic on Roblox; it was hell. Levi has multiple breakdowns and is crying, and he told me how scared he was. He wanted my Roblox avatar to practically be touching him for comfort, and I comforted him multiple times. We ended up quitting playing something else because Levi was so horrified. But overall, Levi was really clingy to me. I started being a bit creeped out, also the fact I asked him MULTIPLE TIMES if he wanted to stop, but he kept going… until we finally quit of course.

Also, this alone isn’t that bad on paper but once you take our age gap into account it’s kinda weird, at least to me. but this wasn’t all that big of a situation compared to what happened slightly later. Levi kept saying “lesbin” cause he thought it was “funny” which actual lesbians were offended by. So when he was called out for it by the moderators and foot, he just made a brush-off apology, then went into my DMs and started ranting and dumping on me about how he was upset and confused about the response and to add on to matters also, he knew I was moving out that day and didn’t wanna see bs like that.

He basically also as you can see from the ss, was just going nonstop saying dumb things too such as “Ohh younger folks telling the older folks what’s offensive…” “I used to be a lesbian!” Overall, really offensive shit. And also to add on, he had extra beef with foot for… no exact reason? Getting mad at foot for liking Sierra and hating Cody (Which foot only hates Cody as a joke) due to him thinking it’s just weird due to Sierra’s behavior. (Note to keep that part in mind for a later part of this essay.) Holding a double standard for everything foot even did, like only caring when foot said the f slur and not when anyone else said it. Foot also stopped after being asked by Levi to, and stood up for him regarding it afterwards as well; so honestly, really strange. Above all, he really wanted to be sure I didn’t tell anyone these thoughts of his, seriously though why did an EIGHTNEEN year old trust all this to a thirteen  year old in the first place? Anyways I ended up confessing to this chat at this point since I found it weird. And after awhile, I ended up opening up about all our interactions, and what do you know? People thought it was kind of off. Yes, it was. I started feeling uncomfortable with Levi and his behavior at this point. There was also something in the middle of all this where Levi got a Himeko Toga  profile picture which we talked a bit about, He said how he loved Uraraka x Toga for being “doomed Yuri” and it’s the reason he likes Toga at all. and if you don’t know, MHA is a anime and manga where teenagers have superpowers, and Toga is a character who is absolutely OBSESSED with Uraraka and has stalkerish tendencies. (Reminding you of something yet?) now, this in mind isn’t a problem alone, however the thing is as he romanticizes for this ship, he absolutely hates Coderra, and villainized Foot for liking Sierra when he likes Toga. Which is arguably much worse than Sierra; Overall, very hypocritical. And to add on, it also seemed a bit fetishy of lesbians, especially after that thing that happened earlier on, and the fact he seems to think of lesbians as more of an idea to romanticize more than equals as people. After all this, now I finally confronted him about it after some encouragement, and I won’t lie, his response felt a bit guilt-trippy in the sense he made his bio say, “2024 fucking sucks.” (Which you can see in the screenshots since they were taken after these events.) Once we finished this talk, though, we cut contact. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t happy with how this ended. Honestly, throughout the whole experience, he gave off that grooming sense. So Final thoughts is: I’m grateful that the others supported me through this issue, I’m not sure how downhill it would’ve gone otherwise really. And that if you’re young, be cautious with the interactions you have with Levi. I'm not sure how well it’ll all end up. And to Levi, if he sees this, I trust he may just be getting help now, hopefully. The experience could’ve been wayyy worse, and it certainly was something.
