Safe Foods During Pregnancy And Beyond
I have always believed and stuck to safe foods during pregnancy. I believe the same applies t our littlie ones. It’s a daunting task to find safe foods for pregnancy these days as almost all products are adulterated . When it comes to baby everything they eat, consume or wear should be organic and natural. When I say safe foods during pregnancy , I mean a lot of greens, a lot of fruits and nuts, hydration with juices and liquids etc .My doctor prescribed a diet chart which I proudly stuck on my fridge – it read in bold letters “Safe foods for my pregnancy”.
I avoided all the sweet temptations and cravings and balanced my diet with natural and safe foods during pregnancy. I excercised and did a lot of yoga to help me and my child feel and breathe better. We must remember that exercise and safe foods during pregnancy are vital. It is time to start thinking for the two of you.
Once my baby started showing teething symptoms , parenting became a level tougher. Teething symptoms include drooling, biting, regularly chewing anything and everything. AAaahh teething symptoms can be a horrible experience for both the baby and the parent . There is a lot of debate around what are actual teething symptoms? Some strongly believe teething causes fever, stomach aches etc. while some believe that none of these are teething symptoms. The latter believe that teething symptoms include excessive drooling, growth spurts, slight pain in the gums, desire to chew on everything (which is what leads to fever and diarrhea )
Well lets talk about foods for babies and toddlers and beyond.
