But this time under bombardment and death, this time while I and my family are displaced, this time as I have lost friends and neighbors who previously shared this joy with me, this time while Gaza is sad and bleeding! This is unfortunate, yes! 😞😭💔

It was a difficult year for all of us. We lost our home and our village, were displaced and abandoned, and lost many people who were dear to us. We were exposed to terror, fear and loss.

But I thought I would overcome all of this and break the will of the brutal occupation that they implanted in us. I decided to share this day with you and commemorate this memory with you, and I made this cake that you see. Haha, I do not deny that it is not ideal.
