I'm doing a big "justify!" about Barduil, I will say that I feel very bad from the material that I digest
Fortunately, they are my fathers and how can I refuse?

A sudden headcanon
When Sauron pretended to be Annatar, he needed to concentrate very much. But sometimes he lost control and his comely appearance changed.
When Celebrimbor pulls him over, taking him faster, and Annatar tries not to draw attention to his changes.I can imagine how he grins, his small sharp fangs begin to stick out, his eyes burn with predatory fire, and pupils become narrow.
I think young noldo does not understand that he shares a bed not with the beautiful Lord of Gifts, but with almost the main evil of Middle-earth (but even more beautiful).

A little bit about me
I make such collages so as not to die from apathy and self-loathing, and in general to understand who I am.

I think that my Modern! Thranduil is very similar to the song "Папина любовница – Монеточка"
"Father's Girlfriend" The song tells the story of the lyrical heroine from the perspective of a child. She is described as very mysterious, but the child seems to have warm feelings for her. This can be indicated by lines such as:
"Paints lips with red gloss
Even my grandmother and uncle don't know
How old she is, to be honest.
Even dad doesn't know, and it is good."
I think this is very correct and appropriate for the AU.
I headcanon that Bard knows everything and nothing about Thranduil at the same time. All the stories from his youth, favorite breakfast/flowers/type of coffee/type of fabric/smell/songs... But he will never be able to answer with whom and where Thranuduil is, and even how old he is. Thranduil is not hiding anything, it just happened that way.
"Will take you to a movie, will allow you popcorn,
Will turn on our tape recorder to the whole world"
Here I can mention my headcanon on the relationship between the Bard's children and Thranduil. He spoils them, allows them to do almost everything, allows them to play "for just five more minutes.", what Bard doesn't do cause he's a little stricter.
It is worth mentioning that the song ends with the mother finding out about her father's betrayal, and the heroine leaves "without anyone" Well, in our case there is no mother, and the children seem to have become too attached to him.
Now he is probably in this slightly untidy three-room apartment forever, so, in principle, Thranduil can get used to making coffee in this kitchen.

The reason I like silvergift more in the Shadows of Mordor than in the Rings of Power
The fact is that Celebrimbor… good. He's very good. As a character, as a person. Compared to Sauron, who is inherently an absolute evil if you compare them.
And in the Shadows of Mordor, Celebrimbor was an excellent antipode to Sauron. He was just as crazy, he was almost as cruel, and even though he was actually protecting his family, it only makes him a little better than Sauron. Unlike Sauron, he is at least a little humane. Despite the prognostication. This blurs the concept of a good and a bad hero, they just pursue different goals. Although who knows what horror would be happening in Middle-earth if Celebrimbor got the rings?
I'm not going to whine like, "Oh no, what did you do with Celebrimbor?"Just because a different adaptation and a different vision of the character doesn't spoil the version you love.

It's such a shame that in English "sideburns" are called exactly that. Simply because in my native language (rus) they are called "bakenbards"
AND I CAN'T JOKE ABOUT BARD HAVING BAKENBARDS FOR U
It's excruciating.

I think a lot about Thranduil having " main character energy" That is, he is confident in his exclusivity, his drama is the most tragic (in his opinion) and I'm sure he always arrives at his own edit, where he is the best, and all around there are empty people who don’t understand anything.
But at the same time he is a minor character

The fact that in silvergifting Anatar is always in charge, even if he is on his knees before Celebrimbor, even if he is in the most humiliating position, in truth he is in command here>>>>>>

Other time frames!AU
I want to fantasize about what if the time frame were reversed, and, for example, Bard lived at the time when Thranduil was a prince.
And when Bard accidentally wandered into Mirkwood while hunting, young Thranduil would notice him first. But he didn’t tell his father and the guards about this, deciding not to create problems for Bard and to lead him out of the forest himself.
And Bard would simply admire the prince, not wanting to leave.

I mean, he can't fall in love normally in the conventional sense, but of course that doesn't mean he doesn't feel anything. I don’t want to make him out to be some kind of complete maniac, so Sauron certainly feels affection and “love” (in his understanding, of course).
It is worth accepting that in the generally accepted sense Sauron cannot love. Cannot be caring and affectionate towards a partner (if we are talking about affection that we can imagine. Cannot accept that the partner is not his property and is not obliged to follow his orders.

A little of Modern!AU
Thranduil: "Mmm... Do I have to look at you when I have this in my mouth?"
Bard, slapping himself in the face and adjusting his cap: "Sir, you're speeding... Just breathe on the breathalyzer and I'll give you a ticket."

If you don't get it, I'll explain the similarities between these pairings. Because you should think about it.
So, let's run through the basics:
TWO FUCKING DILFS
*cries and screams*
I have similar headcanons for both, at the same time SFW and NSFW
SFW:
Both Charlie and Bard are more concerned with living somewhere rather than thinking about place being extra comfortable.
"The roof doesn't leak - can live"
But Thranduil and Carlisle, on the contrary, are already financially successful, which is why they can afford to start furnishing the homes of their beloved men. They would try to give the premises... Style, or something. In fact, they are fine with style.
A wonderful dynamic: a very well-groomed and well-mannered man and a man whose only personal care arsenal is shaving foam and kitchen soap.
By the way, speaking of relationships... Bard and Charlie are similar in that they try to please their partners, even though they don't know how. I mean...
"Damn, I forgot what flowers he likes... Chrysanthemums or archideas?" (And he loves tulips.)
"My shirt didn't match his tie in color again. He'll be unhappy and I'll upset him."
"Honey, I was making breakfast... anyway, we have to call the cleaning service... and the fire department."
And the partner only looks at them with amusement.
"Again, dear?"
And one more similarity: fathers. Yes, they are all caring (to the best of their ability) fathers.
NSFW:
As I have already indicated in previous posts, there is a service top/power bottom here. Well, at least because Thranduil and Carlisle are non-human creatures (an elf and a vampire) But could you resist the pressure of someone who, despite his beauty and grace, can kill you with one movement? Don't demand anything from Bard and Charlie, and in general, how can you resist when the one sitting on the top moves so charming and rhythmically, biting his lip and smiling?
On the other hand, Bard and Charlie have too much responsibility, because... Over the hundreds of years that their lovers have lived, they most likely already had partners. This means that they are very spoiled in terms of love, and will have to try hard to satisfy all their needs. Try to be better than others.
Although, it is unlikely that a mortal will cope at all. By about the 7th circle Bard and Charlie will begin to lose consciousness, hah. And Thranduil and Carlisle actually have just gotten the hang of it.
LOOK... THEY ARE JUST... THE SAME
I WILL CRY
