I was forced to come to Kazakhstan. From Russia.

I can't get money to Russia from several companies starting from March 2022 (due to sanctions).

So I need to spend extra money moving around the globe for thousands of kilometers to get my money - the paradox.

Moreover, I need to spend extra time on traveling, tax regulations, banks, and so on.

Money is a renewable resource, but time is not (for now).

All this time, I continue to fulfill my obligations to my Clients: support, updates, new products.

I know 40+ people with the same problems. These people were forced to travel to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey - the closest countries to Russia - to get their money.

However, this month, some of my colleagues received money to Russia from one company, but others didn't receive.

There is no certainty that the next payment will be successful, so there is no reason to close bank accounts & legal entities in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan is the country of my Passport, but I don't live here.

Nevertheless, here I can get money from all companies, cash dollars are in free circulation (unlike Russia), most people speak Russian and the level of digitalization is somewhat higher than in many developed countries (for example, I can print debit card by myself, use digital driver license and digital internal passport in mobile phone everywhere).

In any case, difficulties are given for a reason.

It seems that everything happens more smoothly in a parallel universe, have you noticed?
