This image showcases a minimalist and abstract street art piece that speaks volumes through simplicity. As a graphic designer, I see this as a prime example of how minimalism can convey emotion and narrative with very few elements. The artwork uses only three distinct colors—orange, pink, and the natural weathered beige of the background—to form a character's face with just a few bold lines and shapes.

First lab task , to bring picture of my chooce to the class, here what i chose.....

This image captures the essence of multitasking and the everyday responsibilities of motherhood. I chose this picture because it visually conveys the emotional and physical demands of managing family and daily life. The calm yet serious expression of the woman contrasts with her busy hands, symbolizing the weight of balancing multiple roles. The composition reflects themes of care, attention, and sacrifice, using minimalism and muted tones to emphasize the central figures. This allows the viewer to focus on the subject's actions, making the image both relatable and impactful.

I chose it because it creatively uses a physical object, bubble wrap, as a natural filter instead of relying on digital effects. This adds texture and distortion to the image in a unique way, playing with the viewer's perception and focus. The bubble wrap creates a pixelated, almost futuristic aesthetic, giving a sense of depth while also blurring the subject behind it. This combination of traditional and unconventional materials communicates how physical and tactile elements can contribute to the visual storytelling process without the need for digital manipulation.

I selected it because of its effective use of bold, modern typography to capture attention and communicate the theme of the event—San Diego Design Week. The playful, geometric letters and shapes convey creativity and innovation, central themes in design. The use of different colors within the typography creates visual hierarchy and draws the viewer's eye to specific parts of the text, making it both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Additionally, the combination of English and Spanish text emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility, reflecting how design communicates across languages and cultures.
