if there’s one thing that i will always do, it is defend skyler white from the men in the fandom. was talking with this guy at dinner and we started talking about brba and he just starts going off about skyler and all the reasons he hates her? and it’s definitely not the first time i’ve heard this from a dude in real life. and, sure, it’s one thing if they just didn’t really like her character. that’s fine. but it’s the way that they dislike her so vehemently that makes me uncomfortable. they can go on and on all day about how they hate her. they’ll call her obscene names and describe her like the actual devil, all because she didn’t want her husband to *checks notes* cook crystal meth.
