Mmmmm I think a lot of the discussion around "should trans men be in women's spaces/have access to women's resources" are missing a factor in that, if coming out as a trans man means losing access to those things, it could be pretty fucking dangerous, because A lot of the resources there just don't exist outside those spaces, and if they do, there's a lot less to go around. I mean like, overall, there are tons more charities and organizations focusing on grants/scholarships/job fairs/emergency housing/etc etc opportunities for women than for men. Because usually men aren't the ones needing it! But there are also more for women than LGBT as a whole.
But it leaves trans men in a grey area of "stay in the closet (or god forbid detransition) and get help, or come out and lose all your help." It functions as a punishment, unintentional or not, for coming out. And this is what people are talking about when we say transmasc invisibility kills.

I hate that because I went off of T to get pregnant I'm considered "detransitioned". No, I didn't detransition. I'm still a man. I am just a man who needed my body to start producing it's own estrogen again so it could support a growing fetus. Nothing has changed. I'm still trans.

You cannot possibly think the "it was promised to them 3000 years ago" vomit is a good gotcha because I'm just going to counter with "it was promised to them in the 60's when they coopted the term Palestinian for a brand new nationalistic movement" and then ask if you harass any other indigenous groups with your anti-native hypocrisy.
You cannot possibly claim to give a shit about landback or related efforts and think that phrase is working for you. Of course, people who say this are all somewhere on the spectrum of stupid to malevolent so what does it matter, really.

"To mitigate the negative impacts of climate change, the world needs to quickly transition from fossil fuels to low-carbon energy sources such as solar power.
The chart shows how much this transition has accelerated in the last two decades.
In 2004, it took the world about a year to add one gigawatt of solar power capacity. By 2023, the same amount was added, on average, every single day.
For reference, a gigawatt of solar is enough to power approximately 200,000 homes in the US.
Much of this growth has been driven by China, which by 2023 accounted for about 43% of the cumulative installed capacity worldwide.
A big reason for this acceleration has been a large decrease in the price of solar panels. Since 2001, the price has dropped by about 95%, from $6.21 to $0.31 per watt.
Learn more about why renewables like solar became so cheap so fast."

Can't believe it needs to be said but:
- It is true that the right wants left wing infighting because that makes it easier for them to subjugate minorities
However,
- Queer people coining new terminology to describe their own oppression is not queer infighting! To say so is incredibly disingenuous. By that logic, the coining of transmisogyny in 2007 was also queer infighting.
Labelling the existence and use of the term transandrophobia as queer infighting is horrifically transphobic. It dismisses the oppression of trans men and transmasculine people as just "infighting". Dismissing it as such is transparently just a way for people to plug their ears and continue to not listen to transmascs on transmasculine issues.
Queer infighting is not created by the existence of different queer people and queer theories - infighting is something that large groups are prone to that are exploited by those on the right wing. This is not unique to the queer community.
Right wingers don't create queer infighting, they exploit existing queer infighting for their own ends. Don't get it twisted and stand by your transmasculine siblings.

From the article:
Renewable energy will overtake coal to become the world’s top source of electricity “by 2026 at the latest”, according to new forecasts from the International Energy Agency (IEA). The rise of renewables is being driven by extremely rapid growth in wind and solar output, which topped 4,000 terawatt hours (TWh) in 2024 and will pass 6,000TWh by 2026. Wind and solar are increasingly under attack from populist politicians on the right, such as US president Donald Trump and Reform in the UK. Nevertheless, they will together meet more than 90% of the increase in global electricity demand out to 2026, the IEA says, while modest growth for hydro power will add to renewables’ rise. With nuclear and gas also reaching record highs by 2026, coal-fired generation is set to decline – driven by falls in China and the EU – meaning that power-sector emissions will decline, too.

Thinking about how Madeline pendleton made a tik tok going "wah I matched with an Israeli on hinge and it made me rethink polyamory"
Because like, she was literally so fucking close to getting it. She literally said that her thought process was "well israelis don't choose where they are born, and this person did leave. And I'm from amercia and amercia fucking sucks and has done some fucked up shit so who I am to judge. Maybe this person doesn't support Netanyahu"
And then when the person said they were thinking of going back at some point went "oh ew this person is an evil zio. Maybe polyamory isn't for me because I might run into zionists".
Like literally be so fucking for real. You literally recognize that the US has done some fucked up shit, yet you haven't left!!! You are still actively in the US and are judging this person for wanting to go back to israel.
And wanting to go back doesn't equal support for Netanyahu. Maybe this person is homesick as they did grow up in Israel. Maybe they would like to visit their family as their family is important to them. Maybe their fucking visa will eventually run out and they literally have to return or be deported.
But of course, I don't know why I expected her to get the point since she thinks North Korea is actually good and a utopia and all the people who have defected are lying because the US paid them to.

if youre against body shaming, then you HAVE to be against body shaming men too.
that means no more micropenis and small dick "jokes".
that means no more neckbeard "jokes".
that means no more "jokes" about moobs / man boobs if someone has told you that it makes them uncomfortable (/ dysphoric).
that means no more mocking men (and women, but i see this targeting men more often) with flat asses.
that means no more mocking men for having long hair.
that means no more mocking men for having a "pedo 'stache".
that means not mocking trans men who dont want to medically transition and respecting their boundaries.
that means not mocking intersex men whose intersex variations you dont personally understand.
be against body shaming ANYONE.

Monday marked a major day for diplomacy in Washington, DC, as US President Donald Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and several European leaders, including Finland's President Alexander Stubb.
News of Stubb’s participation in the Ukraine peace talks dominated Finnish headlines on Tuesday morning. Tabloid Ilta-Sanomat reported that Trump showered Stubb with compliments during a meeting with the European leaders.
"You've done a great job, and we wanted to have you here because you are somebody that we all respect," Trump told Stubb.
Trump added Stubb has had "a lot to do" with the potential success of the proceedings and appreciated his presence there.
IS reports that Trump also praised Stubb’s appearance, saying, "You look better than ever." When Trump gave Stubb the floor to speak, he described him as a "young and powerful man." The 57-year-old Stubb jokingly said he would relay the compliments to his wife, Suzanne Innes-Stubb.
Stubb held a press briefing at the Finnish Embassy in Washington at the end of the day’s proceedings.
Workers needed
Although Finland's job market is currently bleak, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment predicts a looming shortage of professionals in several sectors, according to an Iltalehti report.
Iltalehti detailed which professions are expected to be most in demand across Finland and their projected salaries.
According to the ministry's Labour Force Barometer, healthcare and social services will face the greatest shortages. By October 2025, registered and practical nurses will be in the highest demand, appearing in the top ten shortage list in nearly every region.
General practitioners will also be needed, especially in Ostrobothnia, with shortages extending to Northern Savonia, Kainuu and Southeast Finland. Some of these roles are highly paid, with senior doctors and specialists earning up to 9,000 euros per month.
Social services will also face workforce shortages, particularly for psychologists and specialised social workers. Other professions appearing in the national top-ten shortage list include kindergarten teachers, application designers, welders, security guards, and earthmoving machine operators.
In Uusimaa, the largest workforce shortages are expected in healthcare, IT, and the service sector, with salaries ranging from roughly 2,362 euros to 7,008 euros per month.
Finland currently faces a labour surplus in most regions, except Lapland and Åland. North Karelia has the highest unemployment at 12 percent, while Åland (4.6%), Ostrobothnia (6.4%) and Southern Ostrobothnia (6.6%) have the lowest. The barometer predicts unemployment will ease across the country in 2025, dropping 0.3–1.6 percentage points by October.
Temperatures drop
Time to dig out the jackets and put away the shorts — a cold northern wind is bringing below-average temperatures across Finland for the rest of the week, reports Maaseudun Tulevaisuus.
On Tuesday, highs will mostly stay below 20 degrees Celsius, but drop down below 10 degrees Celsius in Lapland. From Wednesday onward, daytime temperatures in southern Finland will hover around 15 degrees Celsius.
The average temperature over the five days will likely be 2-4 degrees below average and frost is possible at night even in southern Finland.
Over the next few days, the heaviest rain is expected in northern Finland, while elsewhere showers will be brief and localised.

"transandrophobia isnt real" they say, while making blogs dedicated to doxxing trans minors of color because they are trans men who arent ashamed of it.
"transandrophobia isnt real" they say, while trying their absolute fucking hardest to make trans men, transmascs, and other transandronized people afraid for their safety and privacy.
they want us to stop talking, to sit down and shut up, to be afraid, to never stand up for ourselves.
and you know if someone made a blog called "truthsoftransmisogynys" and just used it to doxx trans women of color who are minors, nobody would fucking let that slide, but if you check any of the other queer tags on tumblr, nobody is talking about how fucked up this is. because transandronized people are acceptable targets right now, thats simply the long and short of it.

Are you really a Palestinian Jew? Both sides say differently about the existence of such a person. Do you live in Palestine or Israel? Are you okay?
You have it right.
I live in the United States, my mom’s family is Ashkenazi Jewish, and my dad’s family is Assyrian and immigrated to the U.S. from Mandatory Palestine (which they called Southern Syria). UNWRA traces their official Palestinian designation patrilineally, so 🤷♀️
I got sick of people making up weird shit about mythical Palestinian Jews, so I figured I’d just give the people what they so clearly wanted and become the official authority on the subject.
(No but for real, people (mostly those who claim to be pro-Palestine) spread so much misinformation on British and Ottoman Palestine that it’s not even funny. I can definitively tell you that people did not identify as Palestinian (as any sort of collective nationality) at any point under the Ottomans or the British.)
