swamp dragon!! I was really inspired by salmon and toothless if you couldn't tell. I love the idea of a short and squat little dude terrorizing the populous. Still sentient creatures, just assholes probably.

On the right is some cooked food! Mostly a wip, it was so I can practice drawing different textures and stuff. There's Crab Bread, a meat and rice dish, a parfait, pizza, and some different meats and fruits. The shrimp is a fruit. You heard me.

What would the other Drakes taste like? Duedrake sounds like they would taste like cinnamon in my head, but idk if that would be accurate.

I like the idea of the Duedrake's tasting like cinnamon! From there I imagine it'd be very wintery; cranberry/cinnamon/ginger. I've never really worked out what some of them taste like. Other then medicinal drinks like tea, they'd mostly be used in potions.

Other Drakes are probably eaten very sparingly, the ones I drew were mostly based on Earth veggies because that's what I know, so those would probably taste like that. Very earthy, very green. Most of them are used in potions if not for the shows.

But they wouldn't be very...potent compared to their normal Mandrake variants, the ones that scream. Normal Mandrakes aren't found very often except in specialty stores, in which they're only used for potions. I imagine a normal one would be very bitter.

The Planet without it's two moons. The planet itself is the size of a super Earth, with mostly one large continent, with small islands scattered about. The ring is actually a space station, called the Circlet.

The older Magican map, out of date for shape wise, doesn't have much detail, places are out of proportion -- but has main locations and names. Also has the old out of date font.

The Magican races! A (somewhat out of date) sheet for the sizes of all Magican races -- minus the occasional alien.

Kyt - A race of small, fox like creatures that are feral until paired with a sentient soulmate. They gain the intelligence of their paired person, and a unique personality that'll mesh well with their partner. Fae - A rarer species on Magica. Usually found in the forests of Grimridge, it's rare for a Fae creature to be found in the city. Fae include Fairies, Pixies, Unicorns and more. Bloodkin - One of the original three races on Magica. Bloodkin were created by the god Tin'Kid-Ja, and are a vampiric race. They stick to the cave systems under the cities and glow to communicate with eachother. Mikro - A newer race to Magica, only brought to it in the past hundred years. They glow much like the Bloodkin, but communicate through a hivemind. Sometimes to break the hivemind, they pierce their antenna and join the ranks of Magican society. Seaskink - One of the Piecine races. Found in the planets oceans near trenches, these cannibalistic people tend to be thought of as savages by the rest of Magica. They appear to be a lizard/octopus hybrid. Raptoid - A tribal people. With two main tribes, the Dokiterian, a non-feathered, peaceful tribe and the Cokiterian, an aggressive, feathered and war-like tribe who value spilling blood. Elves - There's four main types of elves on Magica, Wood Elves, High Elves, Dark Elves and Angels (Winged Elves). Three of the species (Wood, High and Dark) live on the island of Ichor, south of the Pangea continent that makes up the land mass of Magica. The Angels live in a floating city near it. Magicans - To those on Earth, Magicans look like anthropomorphic animals. Dogs, cats, horses, lizards, avians, ect. They're the main and most common race you can find on planet. Lorian - A new race to the planet. Lorians settled near the island of Yejen after the Lorian War. A war that nearly flattened the planet and killed about 80% of it's people. After the Lorian were defeated, their leader decided that some shall settle on Magica to help them rebuild. Those who stayed defected from their militaristic planet to stay in a peaceful one. Sea Cats / Sea Dogs - The other two races of the Picine. The Sea Cats are a dolphin/feline hybrid and the Sea Dogs are a wolf/shark hybrid race. Up until recently they had been constantly at war with eachother, only stopping when the rest of the planet stepped in to stop it. Naga - A dragon kin race that's more snake like then traditional dragons. With the upper body of a scaled person and the head and lower half of a snake, these people tend to stay near the equator. Rhuketan - One of the original three races of magica. Made by the evil god Vortess, the Rhuketan are shape shifters. Originally called the Dragon Slayers, they were created just for that reason - to kill Dragons. They're considered to be evil, even though most are just kinda chill. Sapiant - A non-native species to Magica, but prevalent enough to be on this list. Made by a mad scientist who took human DNA and mixed it with more alien DNA then anyone could count, the Sapiants were made to be perfect. Most have disowned their own creator, and just kinda. Do their own thing. Draklyne - One of the original three races of Magica. The Draklyne were also made by the evil god Vortess, but for the reason of cleaning up his own mess. Considered to be the good guys of history, they slayed the father of the Rhuketan and banished him to the planets core. Draconian - Born from the dragon god Morkenal to keep the peace of the planet, the Draconian are massive dragon-kin. Usually military or police force, and sometimes even fire fighters and even simply bouncers, the Draconian thrive keeping things in line. Dragons - One of the oldest races on the planet, the Dragons are nearly extinct. The dragon species are Mountain, River, Ocean, Plains, Desert and Artic. Wise and old and stuck in their ways, the more you look into them the more you realize there's a reason you don't see many of them...

Drakes! Mandrakes have been bred to use in shows a little like dog shows. They sound musical when pulled out of the dirt, and come in many shapes and sizes. If one hurts the ears of the judge, they're disqualified. Many people grow Drakes as pets and for medicinal purposes.

The DueDrake is a very common one. Their leaves are used for teas that pretty much act like hot cider in the winter; helping with soar throats and to warm you up.

The Mountain Dragon > Despite Magica being a rather flat planet, the mountains that do exist are filled to the brim with cave systems with these dragons. They come in all colors, but with this general build.

The River Dragon > Living mostly in hidden cave systems that open from lakes and rivers, these dragons are considered some of the wisest of them. The Dragon Father, the ruler and "leader" of all dragons, is a golden River Dragon who lives in the heart of the Dragon City.

The muns are Moni (27 she/her) and Becky (28 she/her). This is a sideblog to @ncromancer dedicated to the planet and original lore that Mason comes from. It's a planet put together by my wife, some friends of ours, and me. All characters are original here, from the species to backgrounds, unless stated otherwise.

This is a DM blog! What does that meant? It means that I play the Dungeon Master or the Game Master as if it was a TTRPG. I write out the setting, the npcs, who you interact with, and in return, you write how your character would react and behave in these situations! Think of it as one big multimuse where I lore dump too much.

This blog is also mutuals only (you have to be followed by @ncromancer) and 18+. There will be some dark themes here, and just like my main blog, triggers will usually go untagged, unless I see in your rules something needs tagged. Triggers tagged are #trigger tw

You don't have to know a lot of the deep lore to rp here! We can treat it as if your character has just been introduced to the planet, and learn as we go!

Please don't reblog the art that's posted here, unless it's of your character / your rp. I draw a lot of lore and world building stuff that I'll be posting here.

If your character is a villain, feel free to treat them as such! Attack, kill, cause problems, the works! You don't need my permission to harm or kill a character. Just know there's repercussions for your muses actions. This is an advanced alien planet and there's giant dragon-esque people for cops.
