Topi’s Daily Card #1312:  Harsh Mercy

There are only a few wrath effects that are cheaper than four mana, and Harsh Mercy is one of the stronger ones.  It’s good for when your opponents aren’t running tribal and you happen to be, because there’s a really good chance that your opponents will still have their best creatures.  That said, this card is one of the few that a Gaddock Teeg deck can run and get around your own restrictions, leading to a really neat niche use that can really aid that kind of deck.  Other than tribal that’s the biggest use I see for this odd wrath, but it’s a sweeper I’m glad exists.
