im genuinely surprised that i haven’t seen anything on here about the sexual assault allegations against neil gaiman.

even if his version of events were true, it would still mean he sexually engaged with a 23 year old employee soon after they met when he was in his 60s.

here he’s medically gaslighting the second woman with zero evidence:

he’s claimed to be cooperative with police but the investigation is very much ongoing and seemingly difficult.

neil gaiman was one of the most influential writers of my childhood. i adored his imagination, the way his child characters challenged power dynamics, and how he wrote children from a place of understanding and respect for their experiences.

but it’s not looking good here.

the allegations are vile and appear credible. i know he’s a longtime darling on this site, but we can’t let him get away with this.
