I was recently thinking about the relationship between the Peixes and the Ampora.

I was thinking that the Condesce trusts GHB more than Dual (since she give the domination of Aeternia to him) Whether because of the character or nature of the Ampora family.

Since the Makara family's only pursuit or the system they accept is their God and their Semiah, so no matter how the Makara family as long as they accept the Condesce's rule or arrangements,when politics does not affect the premise of their own church system, they can achieve harmony between church and state, that is, not to suddenly turn against or backstab the Condesce.

The Ampora family, on the other hand, although they say they are loyal to the Queen or are true to their position, they are are more like pursuing their own inner judgment of "I think this person/thing is good now, so I pursue it and I want it to be mine" than pursuing a specific person or thing or a specific position for long time. To sum up, one of the reasons why I think the Peixes and the Ampora can't be successful in a relationship is that both of them are self-centered (not derogatory) The peixes family has their own bottom line and self-worth pursuit. The Ampora family also has their own bottom line and self-worth pursuit. Like fef will feel that Eri is always capricious, which leads her to have to take care of him and lose a lot of freedom.
