Rant: What I wish I could've said to the weird neighbour

What part of my general demeanour says "I am ok for you to engage with me"?

What does a lady need to do to get the point across?!

Showing an unnatural interest in lady's morning commutes is already questionable.

Trying to engage with her, even if you're standing on your side of the road, especially when she's waiting for the bus on her own, is not cool. Doubly so when she's already gone out of her way to ignore you/treat you like you're part of the scenery. Triple that when she's had to, on at least 2 occassions, shout at you to stay away from her (no swear words were used there).

Your refusal to take a hint has resulted in, among other things, said lady losing sleep and having to mentally rehearse her response for the next time she has to endure your odious society for any amount of time.

How I plan on having a no spend month in March

What I'm allowing myself to buy/pay for:

Household bills

Any subscriptions that I'm already paying for

Doctor's visits

Dental appointments

Medications

Haircut. Just what's offered in the regular service. No extra treatments.

Opal Card top up

Mobile phone bill

Counselling

Beauty products that I'm out of/close to finishing

Cheap eats. That means no alcohol (unless it's happy hour prices).

Yarn that is needed to properly finish a knitting work in progress (WIP)

Just enough fabric to finish a project.

What I can't buy/pay for:

New subscriptions

Taxi fares. Exceptions: wait time between train and bus home is more than 30 minutes

Beauty products that are just for fun. I.e. because I want to try it.

Yarn that is not for a knitting WIP.

New knitting/crochet accessories.

Fabric that is not for a project that is already in progress.

New stationery. I have more than enough to see me through to the end of the month.

Cups of tea and snacks between meals out. Exception will be made for the Sydney Easter Show.

Plastic water bottles. Exception: I'm thirsty and there is no reasonable access to a refilling facility.
